Art. 304 Dutch Criminal Code
The term of imprisonment prescribed in Articles 300 to 303 may be increased by one third:
(1) where the guilty person commits the crime against his mother, his father with whom he has
a relation under family law, his spouse, his partner or his child;
(2) where the crime is committed against a public servant during or in connection with the
lawful execution of his duties;
(3) where the crime is committed by administering substances harmful to life or health.

Pasal 16 UU 18/2003
Advokat tidak dapat dituntut baik secara perdata maupun pidana dalammenjalankan tugas
profesinya dengan iktikad baik untuk kepentinganpembelaan Klien dalam sidang pengadilan.

AHA : Orang tersebut tidak dapat dituntut secara perdata
AHB : Orang tersebut tidak dapat dituntut secara pidana
S1 : Orang diatas melakukan tugasnya dengan itikad baik
