Planned Event / Change Request number should be identified with PE / CR followed by circle name, equipment name and consecutive number of 5
digits.
e.g. PE-Kerala-MSC-00001
Circle team will take approval from Head - NNO for any critical planned activity on Core Elements (MSC, MGW, HLR, BSC,LI, PDSN etc) like upgrades,
updates etc.
Request will be sent on "Outage.networkoperations@mtsindia.in" for approval from Head National Network Operations.
Details of completion should be filled by NoC / CoC person.
Subject format :<Circle: PE/CR no.>/<NE detail>/<PE description >/<date (DD-MMM-YYYY)> /<Time:--:-- to --:-- >/outage: Y/N
