Ans1: Amit owns a shop in a complex comprising about 40-50 buildings. His target
audience are the people living in the entire complex. It’s about 400-500 people.
Customer needs are availability of fresh vegetables.

come to buy from him. As customer from other roads tend to buy from stall closer
to their place.

Ans12: Well 1st customer checks if that the vegetable they are buying is fresh
enough to purchase. Then he asks for the price of it. Then usually tries to negotiate
with the price. If it suits his price then he buys that product.

Ans13: Customers are usually looking for fresh vegetables. If they perceive that the
vendor is selling good and fresh vegetables then he tends to buys regularly from
same vendor. If the vendor is providing the products at a cheaper rate then he
tends to attract from customers. Mostly customer behavior is dependent on his past
experience with the vendor. And for new customers they are looking for a good
service from vendor and availability of fresh vegetables.

2nd Business Person : Get In (Garment shop, Deepesh Shah)

Ans1: The target audience are generally males from age 7 years to 60 years.
Customer needs are new and trendy types of garment at affordable prices.
Expectation of Deepesh is to create a brand in his surrounding area to attract
further more customers.

Ans11: Yes, it affects there are many other garment shops in the surrounding area.
Deepesh tries to build customer relationship by providing them quality services. He
tries to bring in branded clothes and also has a person employed for small trimming
and altering of clothes. He tries to give discount and SALE to attract customers.

Ans12: There are various customers with different buying patterns. Some people
are looking for branded while some are looking for comfortable outfits while others
are looking for clothes which cheap then others. Generally his customers are
College going students.

Ans13: Normally customers are looking for typical trend that going on then the
demand from that kind of product is more. Normally they demand the apparels
which they might had seen in latest hindi movies. So deepesh needs to keep a track
of that as well.

Ans1. His target audience are people in his surrounding area. Normally young
people are more fond of Chinese food. Older generation tend to not enjoy it that
much. Needs of customer are good, hygienic, spicy and variety in products.
