at the IT Department.

 • A main plan has been set to choose the company and get a sufficient
amount of information about it to begin the process of making the project.
• Data has been collected from the internet.
• Information have been organized and set to be ready to implement the main
topics and materials from the course on them.
• Roles have been distributed among the team’s members to diversify work
and effort to participate in the project making process.
• Objectives and goals have been set and a strategy has been agreed upon
to meet the goals and targets on time.

Researches made showed that various resources are needed to get sufficient
information about e-business as a result, we’ve surfed through internet.

11. Practical Implications(suggestion application guidelines for practice )

Avoiding confusion when defining and managing a complex project , particulary

between project team members and as a consequence improving communication

and information sharing.

12. Project limitations:

Project complexity framework tries to be exhaustive even though it is likely to be

completed.
