Availability Period All year-long, excluding Winter Season to avoid lending issues. Means of Transportation Round trip limousine service from hotel to take-off location, 90 minutes flight Frequency 2 times a day depends on the demand (4-5 people in each tour)

Cost & Price
Hotel-airport transportation: budget for limo is around $80-100 (negotiable under certain conditions) Food Budget: $100 per trip Breakfast or lunch offers, depending on the time slot, with consideration for Vegetarian menu or any special food requirements. Renting helicopter is about $700-1000, later we can negotiate better pricing once the long term relationship is established with flights company (depending also on the future frequency that we can provide for them)

The cost for Golden Star Tour Inc. will vary between $880 and 1200$ per trip. Since this offer can easily be addressed to customers already enrolled into one of the Tour provided in America by the company, the cancellation risk is very low:
Only travelers already in California can subscribe for the Helicopter Escapade A minimum attendance is required to avoid money loss Therefore, and with an offering price of $325/person: Margin for minimum price = 37%

For Maximum price = 27%

Ultimately, we believe that we can secure an average margin of 35%, once all our Business relationships secured. Having no risk for this package and the interesting level of margin will enable launching occasional promotions for our customers ultimately once the business is sustainable. Hopefully, we will be able to propose the Helicopter Escapade as a fully independent service among the Golden Star Tour range of products later.

We want to start with 3 periods: November, February and July. By doing so, we clearly target people from overseas who want to escape from the bad weather that starts in November. By having a July offer also, we simultaneously target customers that want to spend summertime in California.

We managed to negotiate 13%-15% discount for bookings that involve at least 30 individuals (even during summer high season period). Our margin will be then 13-15% accordingly. Therefore, we can apply the following:

The prices above are the one given by the Resort itself. Therefore, even if our clientele is looking for Internet comparison, they will see that we are very competitive in that domain. We can of course have higher prices once this business service is secured and increase our margin at the same time since the Resort and the U.S Golf School are willing to negotiate if volumes are higher.

Additional Information:
We can also have a one-day Golf experience for our customers, without the accommodation and meals. For that purpose, we will need to tackle a different segment since it wont be high-end profiles anymore. However, such orientation can be used through the base of customers enjoying the already existing services or Golden Star Tour Inc. and Golf could be an optional way to make profits while mitigating risks (no cancellation threat, booking in advance requirements)

Purpose: Several outdoor activities for California visitors Service Description
We offer the following package: Enjoy a full day of adventures. You can choose between Paragliding, Skydiving & Bungee jumping experiences or even enjoy all of them it is all up to you!! It is an independent package since the customers of Golden Star Tour Inc. already in California can enjoy this optional activities service.

Full day, with departures early in the morning (possibility to have this package in replacement of any other service already given for confirmed Golden Star Tour Inc. in California area)

Shuttles or Bus depending on groups sizes. The transportation is going to be provided from the hotel to the leisure locations using the Golden Star Tour Inc. existing networks and deals.
