Islamic States of America

Did you know that, according to a 2007 Pew Survey and figures from the Encyclopedia
Britannica, there are between four and five million practicing Muslims in the United States
today? The Islamic Society of North America records that there are between six and eight
million Muslims in America today and predict this number to more than double in the next
ten years. These figures include prior Americans converted AND immigrants.

Did you also know that Islam is the second largest religious body in the world? Second only
to Christianity. There are more then 1.5 billion Muslims. That's a 'b' in front of the 'illion' and
not an 'm'!

OK. So what. What does all this stuff have to do with Bible Prophecy? Hold on there,
Kimosabe! I'll get to that but first a few more facts and personal statements before the
really, really good stuff.

Considering that the University of Michigan has been accused of using tax payer money for
constructing foot-baths for Islamic prayer and that San Diego public elementary schools
special accommodations to Muslims for adding Arabic language support and giving breaks
for Muslim prayer, it's no wonder law makers are questioning this exception and a blatant
violation of constitutional provision separating church and state. Christians don't even get
that kind of treatment and its the religion that originally came to this country from our
founding forefathers!

Yeah, yeah, I can hear you. What's with all the Muslim bad mouthing. I'm not bad mouthing
Muslims. I'm just stating facts. Facts about Islam, the religion is what I have a problem
with, not the people. The Muslim people are sinners; just like the rest of us.

The reason why I give you all the facts described above about Islam in relation to the United
States is to give Americans a 'kick in the pants'. It seems that Americans get complacent
and start forming 'tunnel vision'. We only see what we want to or better yet, what we have
'time' to see. It seems that things only get busier and busier until 'POW' something really
bad happens, like the world trade center tragedy in New York.

Now, time for Bible prophecy stuff.

In general, Bible prophecy and the Bible in general tend to center on Israel and what God
has promised to give Israel. This is a critical point to remember when studying Bible
prophecy. That's why much of the news today comes directly from that area of the world;
the Middle East.

I would like to make another general statement. It is best to take what the Bible says
literally and then go from there with interpretation of symbolism, etc. With that said, I will
be discussing a well known prophecy in Ezekiel Chapter 38. This chapter prophesies and
lists the nations involved in the last days when the Antichrist has come to power.

To save space, I will not retype this passage of the scripture, however, I urge you to get
your Bible, break it open to Ezekiel 38 and check it out while I get to the list of nations
Ezekiel predicts will be part of Antichrists final empire. They are Magog, Meschech, Tubal,
Persia, Cush, Put, Gomer and Beth Togormah. Yikes! Some of these names look like
something you would name your cat or pet hamster. Seriously though, of the eight nations
mentioned above, seven of them are descendants of Noah's three sons; Magog being the
exception.

Well, since these are people's names, how are we going to find out where these places are
on a map? Answer - Bible scholars are able to trace these names to 'people groups' and
regions and ultimately tie this into its modern day nation. I have listed below the Bible name
and then the modern country name.

Magog - Syria and southern Turkey

Meshek and Tubal - Ancient Moschi/Mushki and Tubalu/Tibareni peoples of southern Turkey
and northern Iran.
Persia - Iran
Cush - Sudan
Put - Libya
Gomer - Central Turkey
Togarmah - Southeastern Turkey near Syrian border

So looking at this list above, Ezekiel is saying that the Antichrist will involve Turkey (and the
surrounding area including Iran, down to Sudan and over to Libya) in warring against Israel.
You can see that Israel will be completely surrounded.

Now, lets jump into the Prophecy Time Machine and jump forward several hundred years to
Revelation 17:3, 'With the help of the Spirit, the angel took me into the desert, where I saw
a woman sitting on a red beast. The beast was covered with names that were an insult to
God and it had seven heads and ten horns.'

Revelation 17:9-11 goes on to say 'This calls for a mind with wisdom. The seven heads are
seven mountains on which the woman sits. They are also seven kings. Five have fallen, one
is, the other has not yet come; but when he does come, he must remain for a little while.
The beast, who once was, and now is not, is an eighth king. He belongs to the seven and is
going to his destruction.'

John's Angel guide explains in Revelation 17:9-11 what Revelation 17:3 means. The seven
heads are seven mountains. Many times, the Bible uses mountains as a symbolic
representation for a kingdom or empire. The key is to understand that this passage of
Revelation is giving us insight into the fact that before Jesus returns, there will actually have
been a total of eight empires. The eighth empire will be ruled by the Antichrist. How can this
assist us in our quest to find the final Antichrist Empire? A closer look reveals that at the
time Revelation was given to John, five of the empires had already fallen. This is seen in the
phrase 'five have been.' Bible scholars have a generally accepted list of these five empires to
be:

The Egyptian Empire

The Assyrian Empire
The Babylonian Empire
The Persian Empire
The Greek Empire

The sixth empire can be determined by the angel telling John that one empire 'is'. Which
points to the empire ruling during John's time; the Roman Empire (which ruled the Middle
East, Northern Africa and much of Europe - all Islamic areas of the world today).

Now the seventh empire is a little tricky and if we can determine what that empire is, then
we can determine the empire the Antichrist will rule in the end-times because the eighth
empire, according to the verse above, will be a resurrected or revived version of the seventh
empire. That's what 'the beast who once was and is not' means. In other words, the
seventh beast [empire] that was ruling, and then did not rule, will come back as the eighth
empire.

So, big whoop. We understand that the eighth empire is the same as the seventh. We still
don't know what the seventh empire is. Ahhhh, are you sure 'bout that? I think we do.

We know that the sixth empire was the Roman Empire. Many people today feel that the
Antichrists empire will be the 'Revived Roman Empire'. I have come to a more logical
solution (with the help of a recent book discovery, which I will give later). If the Antichrist
Empire is to be The Roman Empire and the Roman Empire was number six, then what
happened to number seven empire? That would mean the final three empires were the
same? That, to me, does not make sense.

Remember, earlier I wrote that the Bible centers around Israel. Anything that doesn't center
around Israel is, immaterial as far as Bible prophecy goes. So that means the Roman
Empire is really 'out' as far as the biblical mind-set goes.

That leaves us with what? That, believe it or not, leaves us with some really hard facts. It is
a historical fact that each empire listed above was absorbed or assimilated by its successor.
The Assyrian Empire defeated the Egyptian Empire, the Babylonian Empire defeated the
Assyrian Empire, etc. We get to the Roman Empire and discover that in 395 AD, the Roman
Empire was divided into two portions; the eastern and western portions. The eastern portion
became known as the Byzantine Empire. In 410 AD the western capital city of Rome fell to
to the Visigoths which did not end the Roman Empire. The Roman Empire simply moved its
capital and throne east to Constantinople and continued on for nearly another 1000 years.
The Roman Empire did not actually completely fall until the eastern portion of the Empire
finally was conquered by the Turkish/Ottoman Empire in 1453 AD. The Turkish Empire
existed right up until 1909.

Now you can see why the Turkish/Ottoman empire is the only empire that fits the necessary
pattern of the seventh empire prophesied in Revelation 17:10. This empire is also the only
one that fits Ezekiel's list and of the Antichrist's Empire of the end-times.

I can feel my ears burning now! I can hear all kinds of questions; one of them is 'so what's
with the title of this post - 'The Islamic States of America'? Here's where I tie it all together.

It is a well known truth that the Islamic faith hates Jews and Israel in general. In fact, the
hatred and desire for killing all Jews is specifically written into the Quran. The Quran and its
Islamic traditions support and cultivate this hate for the Jewish people.

The only one that hates Jews more then the Islamic religion is Satan himself. Since the time
when God showed his favor for the Jewish people, Satan has done all he could to put a
hurtin' on them. Satan himself masterminded the Islamic religion using its founder,
Muhammad by possessing and controlling his every action.
From the killing of every Hebrew male child (Exodus 1:22) through Hitlers killing campaign
that exterminated 6 million Jews, Satan has made it known he hates no other people more.
That is why Satan will possess the Antichrist and use the revived Turkish/Ottoman Empire,
which is made up entirely of Islamic nations.

Since the time of his exzile from heaven, Satan has relished the idea of all of mankind
worshiping him rather then God. Satan has been scheming a plan to procreate this desire to
encompass the entire world. World domination.

Revelation 13:2-8 describes a religious movement that will literally be known by 'every
tribe, people, language and nation'. Satan will use the Antichrist and his 'beast kingdom'
(Islamic nations) to culminate this movement of worship to him. This Antichrist Empire will
have a significant military power as well indicated by Daniel 7:7, 23.

Whoever does not give in to this savage worldwide ambassador will become a primo target.
That includes the United States. Since the time of Muhammad, world domination has been a
clear goal of Islam. Muhammad's commission to Muslim believers was to fight against the
unbelievers until all submitted to Islam and worshiped Allah. This is done through a
commonly heard term today 'jihad' (to strive). All forms of jihad are mandatory for all
Muslims.

Mawlana Sayid Abul Ala Mawdudi, viewed throughout the Islamic world as one of Islam's
greatest scholars, wrote 'Islam is not a normal religion like the other religions in the world
and Muslim nations are not like normal nations. Muslim nations are very special because
they have a command from Allah to rule the entire world and to be over every nation in the
world.'

Omar Ahmed, Chairman of the Board of the Council on American Islamic Relations has said
'Thanks to your democratic laws, we will invade you. Thanks to our religious laws, we will
dominate you. Islam isn't in America to be equal to any other faith but to become dominant.
The Quran should be the highest authority in America and Islam the only accepted religion
on earth.' And this guy is in America saying these things - Double Yikes!

I could waste more space quoting these high ranking Islam muckity mucks but I don't think
I need to. It's clear on what their objective is; dominate the world at any cost. The Bible
predicts that there will be a man, an Antichrist, in the future (not so distant future) that will
rise to power with a single goal in mind; achieve total global domination using his political,
military and religious empire. There can be little doubt that Islam is his tool to get this done.
After all, Islam has a ready made (by Satan himself) credo that proclaims world domination
to every Muslim.

Now that we have Barack Obama running for president, whose father was a Muslim, what
would happen if he was elected? Although Obama claims to be a member of the United
Church of Christ, his past gives a different impression. In his youth, he was registered as a
Muslim. This, in itself, is not the fault of Obama, however, what will become evident if
Obama is elected president is the Islamic leaders will stand up and say 'Look, Barack Obama
was raised a Muslim. He is the first president that can truly understand the Islamic point of
view.' He will be allowed by the Islamic faith to intervene and smooth over the differences
between the Islamic world and the west, i.e., the United States. Obama will be touted as
'the only presidential candidate who can end the war on terror.'

If Obama is elected President of the United States, this will be the first step for Islam to
take over and dominate the United States.

It could be possible to hear our US Customs Agents saying as thousands of Muslims enter
this country 'Welcome to the new 'Islamic States of America'.

What's that your saying? You think I'm overreacting? Maybe - but I don't think so. The facts
above tell it like it is. What we need to be doing is not only taking political action BUT even
more important we need to be diligently praying to God that He guide this country so that
we are not part of the Antichrist's coalition of countries prophesied in the Bible that go to
war against Israel.

We also need to be praying for the Muslim people to soften their hearts to the salvation of
Jesus Christ. After all, we should not hate the Muslim people. As mentioned above, they are
people just like us. And even more, they are sinners just like the rest of the world (Romans
3:23). The Islamic religion is what we should be concentrating our distaste for. It is and has
been created for the detrimate of all mankind, by Satan himself.

So if you are reading this post and have not made a choice to join Jesus Christ, may I invite
you to do so now. Please click here and find out how easy it is to become a believer in
Jesus.

Oh yea, before I forget, the book I mentioned above that gave me my 'kick in the pants' is a
book by Joel Richardson, 'Antichrist: Islam's Awaited Messiah'. This, without a doubt, is the
best book I've read in the last 20 years (with the exception of the Bible of course). I've
made the title of the book directly linkable to the books description. Check this out - it is
well worth the 10 bucks.

Until next time, keep your faith in Jesus Christ strong by praying every day and of course
keep looking up. He is coming very soon!
