Stars Food Steamer produces steam for quick heating, reconstituting and freshening menu items. Easy to push handle delivers a pulse of steam providing fast heat up of food products. Large capacity drawer (13 x 13 x 13-1/2) for higher volume operation. Water reservoir holds up to 4 quarts of water for your steaming needs. Cast aluminum 1650 watt dry steam generator and manual pump to keep your product fresh and warm. Removable 13 x 13 x 3-1/2 aluminum pan and stainless steel rack for easy cleaning. Stainless steel drawer slides have hardened bearing rollers to keep maintance cost down. Low profile to fit under shelves in food prep areas.

Typical Specifications
Steamer is constructed of all stainless steel with a cast aluminum dry steam generator and a manual pump. A stainless steel 4 quart water reservoir is provided. The pull-out drawer has stainless steel drawer slides with hardened bearing rollers and aluminum pans with stainless steel racks. A pre-set, constant temperature thermostat with indicating light, and an "on-off" switch is provided. Unit is rated at 1650 watts and operates on 120V A.C. only. A 5 foot lead-in cord with molded plug (NEMA #515P)(Canada has 5-20P plug) is standard. Unit is approved by UL, cUL, and NSF listed. Printed in the U.S.A.
