Established in 1993, Spicer India has traversed a highly successful journey to growth and leadership in the Drive Train Industry in India. Departmental StudyFinance Department At Spicer India , Finance department is one of the main and hub of all activities in the overall production unit. Finance department is having employees with various work like Banking ,Accounts, payable ,receivables ,excise and cost . All finance activities monitor by one Manager called Finance controller . In Spicer India Ltd , there are 8 employees are working at present for effective management and to achieve organization goals .

Supply Chain Management Another major department in spicer India is Supply chain Management. Because ,they facilities Supply of materials to production without any interruption. They are the one who supports continues production in the unit. At present, major proportion of manpower are working in SCM to achieve pre-determined goal of the company i.e Continues production.

Manufacturing SILs main operation is Manufacturing of Driveshaft components . The Manufacturing department produce the components on the base of PPC schedule . Their main objective is continues supply of finished Goods .

Administration office Administration department is . Quality Control department Quality control department s function is test or examine th e Raw materials which is received from suppliers and at work in progress as well as Final Products. The Quality control Departments main objective is supplied product should be best ,for this they can give the quality assurance to SIL s customers . Production Planning and Control (PPC) PPC Department is act a major role in achieving continues production. PPC is the Planning commission to raw materials ,to work in progress and final products . According to customer demand the PPC plans how much to supply RMs and they make schedules to supplier . They are considering Inventories which is hold by company while making plan . Human Resource Spicer Indias work environment and culture is driven primarily by the belief that Business is 90% People. That man power is Recruit and selected by HR Department . They are the one who facilitates Man power to company. HR Departments function not only Recruitment and selection , they train people to develop in an organization.

Anand Production System :

In SIL . For lean or waste Management purpose the separate department is maintained is know as Anand Production System .This department is act a vital role in removing waste from the production. Lean management is great practice in every production industries .
