Gary Barnett Comprised of the 12 most respected leaders on the team, elected to council by peers Serve as teams voice Intention for best academic, athletic, & social experience for every player Each class represented PURPOSE Operational and team management issues Leadership council determines teams core values and establish plan to achieve overall vision Council to open lines of communication Establish trust Replicate positive influences throughout team on a peer perspective. Council builds structure, establish purpose, and removes obstacles that could limit success. (Meet every week) SELECTION To be eligible, submit application in January Team votes to determine new council o Leadership council members sit in front row of every team meeting
