A. Leader followers-leadership situation : - High directive- low supportive style (directing), in this style leader only focuses on how to achieve the goal and spend small time in supportive behaviors. High directive high supportive style (coaching) in this style leader focuses communication on both goal achievement and maintenance of subordinate social emotional needs. High supportive-low directive style (supporting) , in this style as a leader does not really focuses on achievement and accomplishment of goals, but uses supportive behaviors to bring out the employees skills around the task to be accomplished. Low supportive- low directive style (delegating), leader offers less task input and social support. The leader mostly focuses on involvement planning, control of details, or goal clarification. This style lets employees take responsibility for getting job done the way they see fit.

In conclusion the leadership style who best for this case is coaching style because in this case their friends doesnt know the price of the butter and he just ask to their friends in bathroom. He need more explanation and support because him doesnt have good competence in this field. B. Two reason for the candidates needs to assistance : - The first reason is the candidates not have enough knowledge how to sell that product. The company in first stage have the rule for the candidates where they sales accompanied by the sales supervisor and the supervisor tell or teach the new sales man how to sell the paint to customer with good attitude and clearly explaining. - The second reason is the company will know the competence of their sales man because they need have the good sales man before they hire this salesman. This company have high competence selection for the hired a new employee who as a salesman.

This is like from university Michigan research and in this case the company has several aspects for hired the new employee. The Michigan research said there are two leadership behaviors the first is employee orientation where the company give the new hired employee orientation about how way to sell the product and the second is product orientation. The company gives the new hired employee knowledge about the products.

a) In the part a is the cooperativeness. Why cooperativeness because in this case we need team work to bright the room. b) In the part b is the responsibility because the taxi driver have a nice attitude to not use the much money his just keep it.
