    This is the email, obtained through public disclosure, that Jim Powers (FBI) sent me containing the federal grand jury subpoena response information (pdf & spreadsheet) from Colorado based company Behavioral Interventions (BI). The subpoena was the equivalent of a federal search warrant obtained by FBI and this email contained BI's response, as well as the information directed to be released. Now why would Agent Powers send me federal grand jury information for a case #1: That I'm not directly involved in? and #2: That we're not about to move forward on? That doesn't make any sense at all. What does make sense is that someone at a high level, either Elfo and/or McEachran, got word that we would be able to prove the informants claims (redacted) and the investigative findings would substantiate falsified affidavits being filed through Whatcom County courts for subjects who had not complied with their EHM requirements. This case was scuttled within a week or two of receiving this information and the long fight for my career survival began.
