Dear Balloonist,

We would like to extend our invitation to you to be a participant in 15th Philippine

International Hot Air Balloon Fiesta scheduled on February 10-14, 2010 at Clark
Field in Pampanga, Philippines. We hope that you will be able to find time to spend a
fun-flying weekend with us. We are encouraging balloon ride operators to join us-earn
while playing!

This will not just be a balloon weekend. It will also be the biggest sport aviation
meeting in Asia! The AOPA regional summit will be held in the venue during the fiesta
days. There will be an Aerobatic show, Paragliding exhibitions, Ultra light and homebuilt
aircraft displays and flying, motorized glider flights, Aeromodeling demonstration,
Rocketeering, kite-flying activities, helicopter owners fly-in, and private planes flying in
from all over Asia and Japan. There will be a lot of static displays from aeronautical
schools and manufacturers.

- Free Propane
- Free breakfast tickets for hotel in Manila and launch site during the fiesta
- Free dinner tickets for February 10, and 14

- Free Land transportation transfers to and from Clark hotel to Manila
- Free chase vehicles with volunteer Crews and VHF radios. Fuel to be paid by pilot
- Free twin sharing hotel room in Manila, Feb. 9-10 and at Clark, Feb. 10-15 12:00

Entry Fee: $950.00 USD

• Entry fee is for a crew of two. Any additional crew or participant will be
charged $750 per person.

We are going to get sponsorship for the freight for your balloons from UPS. UPS will
provide free round trip freight for 30 balloons ONLY. It will be on a “first come, first
serve” basis so please let me know at the earliest possible time if you are interested.

We would like to get the final numbers of participants by 10th of November 2009 and plan
accordingly.
