The 3"93& Engineer Inspector shall perform periodically the IT acti.ities at appropriate stages to permit inspection such as dimension, $7T, .isual, performance test among other tas0s in accordance /ith documented procedures and guidelines describes in the IT plan+ There shall be no random IT allo/ed+ 8+4+5 #ecei.ing Inspection 8+4+5+) "ll incoming materials must be inspected *ointly by Suppliers, 3& Inspector and 2aterial &oordinator B2&C to ensure conformity to the required specification before being incorporated into the process or use in the construction or installation at pro*ect site+ The inspection must be documented and performed in conformance /ith the IT plan and must not be limited to physical defects, quantity count, .erification of quantity records, storage, handling and proper disposition of non'conforming materials+ In urgent cases, doubtful materials recei.ed may be permitted for use in the construction pro.ided that proper documents and identifications are performed+ In the e.ent of confirmed non' conformity, this /ill permit immediate recall and replacement of the materials and re'/or0s if necessary+
