Following my business experience, I redirected my efforts towards education and technology. Evaluate and recommend changes in software, web configurations, and eLearning guidelines for effective use of LMS by faculty and students in classrooms and open labs. Lead and manage faculty development and online faculty certification process using Blackboard.
