PROFESSIONAL PROFILE AND GOALS: My background covers over 18 successful years in, Education, Instructional Design and Distance Learning. Following my business experience, I redirected my efforts towards education and technology. Now, I have combined fields of experience and am a resultsoriented, organized and professional educator, Instructional designer and creative 44web designer with a desired emphasis in education. Evaluate and recommend changes in software, web configurations, and eLearning guidelines for effective use of LMS by faculty and students in classrooms and open labs. Lead and manage faculty development and online faculty certification process using Blackboard. Collaborate with IT and attend software and hardware refresh meetings to arrange equipment and software status notification for faculty, students and staff. Coordinate with supervisor on the writing and updating of policy, procedures and training manuals concerning campus classroom and lab courseware.
