BOJONG DEET AND CIKREESEK PROSPECT

ANOMALY BOJONG DEET AND CIKRESEEK Prospect

LOCATION 10 km Southeast Loji Camp

HISTORICAL DATA

The Bojong Deet and Cikreseek Prospects represent the most

advanced exploration area inside the KP (Mining Tenement),
aside from the Ciawitali, Cigaru resource itself. The majority of
exploration, including substantial drilling, was undertaken by
Mispec Exploration during 1994 and 1997. The Mispec programs
are consisting 26,419 m of reverse circulation and 6,399 m of
diamond drilling completed in 246 holes. 3 zones of
mineralization are hosted by multi stage quartz vein breccias.
Mispec estimated the potential resources to define mineralization
at Cigaru approximating 8.2 Mt at 2.4 g/t Au 630.000 ounces of
gold.

PREVIOUS EXPLORATION

Exploration by Mispec Exploration defined numerous geochemical

anomalies that appear related to quartz vein stockwork and
breccias and major topographical feature.

Lithologies within Bojong Deet and Cikreseek areas are consisting

of argillaceous , basalt porphyritic with interbedded lava tuff and
dacitic andesite. The characteristic of lithology within this area is
similar to the Ciemas main deposit. Unfortunately, Bojong Deet
and Cikreseek prospects are located at distal portion of Ciemas
Mineralization zones.

Mineralization at 0.1 – 1 m scale is typically associated with

mostly NW – SE direction and steeply east dipping veins, weak to
strongly altered, intensive fracture , silicified and moderate to
strongly brecciated.

Generally, the orientation of vein has a Northwesterly strike and

locally mineralized structures cross cutting layer.

Outcropping mineralization is typically associated with vein,

moderate to strongly brecciated, fractures, oxidation and argillic
to propylitic alteration assemblages, disseminated fine grain and
containing pyrite up to 2 %.

SUKABUMI ACTIVITY AND PROGRESS 2009 1

Based on airborne magnetic signature, these areas are passing by
2 inferred thrust faults with NW direction. The altitude of this
area is dragged relative to east due to strike slip movement.
From field observation it found area with low angle east dipping
breccia (10 m width) within volcanic andesitic. Initial results are
mixed and anomaly requires an intensive geological mapping
study.

Results to date are very encouraging and indicate the presence of

significant zones of gold-bearing quartz veins and alteration.

In general the program for Year One will involve the following:

• Establish contact and build relationships with local residents

• Establishing road and bridges for drill access to the
property
• Survey drill hole locations,
• Surveying the forest and property boundaries to determine
their exact locations.
• Re –establish environmental baseline sampling program,
• Interpretation geochemical results
• Check assaying to confirm prior sampling and assaying
methodology and results
• Compilation and interpretation of information

Current Status

Exploration within APP tenement is at various stages of progress.

• Detailed geological mapping, geochemical sampling and channel sampling
has been undertaken. A comprehensive programmed of modeling and
channel sampling will determine the potential for economic mineralization.
• Review of existing geochemical results and initial channel sampling results
at the other prospects eg. Cikreseek and Bojong Deet for future drill
testing.

SUKABUMI ACTIVITY AND PROGRESS 2009 6

• Preliminary geochemical sampling at Cikressek, BojongDeet and other
areas to determine strike extent and potential mineralization
• Ground reconnaissance of conceptual geophysical targets and untested
areas.

A soil sampling program was conducted with two objectives; (i) check the
Bojong Deet and Cikreseek soil geochemical data, and (ii) extend the soil
coverage to the west, north and northeast. Assays results received for the
check soil sampling returned high values with a maximum of 1.152 ppm Au
and a strong coherent anomaly approximately 200 m x 200m. Extension soil
sampling returned disappointing results within Cijangkar maximum values of
0.8044 ppm , 0.7394 ppm ,0.7689 ppm and 0.6979 ppm Au from four isolated
‘spot’ anomalies.

SUKABUMI ACTIVITY AND PROGRESS 2009 9

Totally 230 samples has been collected from site. It was
consisting of soil samples, rock chip and channel sampling.

Mineralization.

Zoned vein deposits are deposits which form along fractures and
faults as open-space fillings or replacements. They are generally
polymetallic. Many have been mined for copper, lead and zinc,
although substantial gold and silver credits occur locally. These
deposits generally fall in the category of low tonnage, high grade
types of deposits. There are two broad categories: 1) vein
deposits associated with porphyry base metal deposits, and 2)
vein deposits not associated with porphyry base metal deposits.

Zoned vein deposits which are associated with porphyry base

metal deposits appear to form at lower temperatures during a
later mineralization event. These veins are characterized by a
strong sense of zoning from high temperature minerals in
proximal (closer to the pluton) portions of the veins, to low
temperature minerals in distal (far away) portions of the veins.
Proximal portions of the veins are copper-rich and contain sulfide
minerals with high metal:sulfur ratios. Distal portions of the
same veins are lead-zinc-rich and contain sulfide minerals
with lower metal:sulfur ratios. Proximal portions of the veins
are characterized by advanced argillic alteration adjacent to the
vein which is superceded outwards by sericitic alteration. Distal
portions of the veins are characterized by propylitic alteration
adjacent to the vein which gives rise to fresh unaltered rock
further away from the vein. Zoned vein deposits which are not
associated with porphyry base metal deposits are characterized
by having moderate, more uniform temperatures over a larger
area. Zoning in these types of vein deposits is usually a function
changes in the fugacity of sulfur along the length of the vein.

vein deposit of the type associated with porphyry
copper/molybdenum deposit
