Hello and Welcome to our Paseo Del Sol Vacation Condo in Playa del Carmen. This is
a private vacation condo association constituted among sixty-five beautifully appointed
individual condominiums, in a very open layout of five buildings. We have five-star
amenities such as a 95m long pool, clubhouse with a full fitness room, wireless Internet,
tennis court, rooftop wet bar and grill, massage parlor, rental bikes, pool towel service
and other resort style amenities distinguishing us from the other Condominium projects in
Playacar. We are 150 meters from the beach just across the street from the complex.

Enjoy spacious living in this deluxe fully loaded 3 Bedroom condo with 4 beds to
accommodate 6 guests. The condo is value packed for home away comfort, easy-access
1st floor unit, charming and comfortable Indonesian/Mayan furniture. A gourmet kitchen,
high-end appliances, elegant dining table and cozy living area give way to an open floor
plan feeling. The interior fixtures are finished in fine wood cabinets and doors,
magnificent marble floors and granite tops throughout the rooms.

The area is upscale, yet adventurous and cultural with the many natural artifacts of the
Mayan people accessible throughout the region. We are far enough away from the
touristy Playa crowds, yet within minutes to traversing the popular city, famous 5th
avenue and its adjacent streets. Playa has a great nightlife, dining and boutiques
throughout, convenient stores and large store shopping district, regional attractions for all
lifestyles, and many regional tours and excursions accessible from the tour booths located
in Playacar Plaza Square just minutes from the condo. Our Condo and Area Guidebook
will help you in planning your days for maximum enjoyment and relaxation.

Given the charm and caring by its owner, the condo offers exceptional value with
additional owner amenities such as 2 rental bikes, A TV and DVD player, stereo system
and many additional comfort amenities bring it all together. An electronic safe is
provided for storing a laptop and personal items. Books, magazines, board games, tennis
rackets/balls and a golf putter have been added for your enjoyment. As our guest you
have full use of the complex including on-site parking. Next door we have the Playacar
championship golf and spa club and across the street is the beach club for free guest
access. We are just a 5 minute walk on foot to a car rental agency.

The rental rate includes full use of the complex, our private condo and all its amenities,
linens, towels, maid service based on rental term, purified bottled water and purified ice,
concierge service and 24/7 on-site security guards.

way to a tropical escape surrounded by an enclave of rare beauty, palms, beaches,

Taxi's are readily available and Buses run from the Cancun Bus Station (Terminal de Autobuses) every 15
minutes or take a shuttle van out of the airport directly to Playacar for $18/person from the airport (one-
way). Many visitors choose to rent a car and explore all the outlying attractions on their own.

Surrounded by sugar beaches and emerald flora, Playa del Carmen is a tourist destination, but not
overwhelming like Cancún. Despite this new global renown, you can visit Playa del Carmen and still enjoy

Mazatlan.
Some Points of interest within Playacar are small Maya archaeological sites located throughout the area.
