Develop a system of increased human capital through our teaching forces that Develop, Market and Write Teacher will have a 2 months full Leadership and Compensation plan/ greater 12/2/13-2/4/14 time grant for Davenport Community affect on Schools attracting and retaining teachers and increasing student achievemen t

catagorized below: 20 hours developing and facilitating a committee of all stakeholders 60 hours of presenting plan to 29 schools, principals, district leaders 240 hours writing the grant 50 hours working with outside organizations and existing models. 4 trips to DesMoines for state training 1 trip to Saydel to look at a model, 1 trip to Texas to look at a model Total= 500 hours
