STOCKTON, Calif. (October 14, 2009) -- StreamWorks Products Group, Inc. (SPG), renowned
for developing innovative consumer products across several industries using “Simply Smarter”
technology, has announced that Greg Harris and Matthew Neve have joined its PlugsSafety
division, a cutting-edge line of hearing protection solutions, as national sales manager and
international sales manager, respectively. Harris and Neve join PlugsSafety on the cusp of one
of the company’s most significant product unveilings, slated to take place at the National Safety
Council (NSC) in Orlando, Oct. 23 – 30, 2009.
“We are exceptionally proud to welcome Greg and Matthew to PlugsSafety,” said SPG Co-
founder and CEO Bill Brauner. “Based on Greg’s past success, we are confident he will help us
open new of points of distribution while creating an exceptional sales team. Matthew, who has
extensive international experience within the industry, will be responsible for hiring distributors
in 50 countries. He will attend the A+A Industrial show in Germany this November to meet with
international safety leaders and retailers.”
Formerly, Harris acted as sales manager of MedSafe, a key regional distributor of safety and
industrial equipment, and Radians, a comprehensive line of quality protective gear including
eyewear, hearing protection, headgear and accessories. In 2007, Harris was promoted to director
of industrial sales at Radians where they grew revenue from $3 million to $40 million in four
years.
Neve previously served as the North American sales director for Australian-based Sensear,
which provides high-end hearing protection, before joining Moldex-Metric as international sales
manager. At Moldex, a leader in respiratory and hearing protection, Neve grew revenue nine
percent. He was also responsible for hiring international distributors and managing the global
sales team.
In their current positions, Harris and Neve are in charge of enlisting distributors for
PlugsSafety’s patented line of consumer-tested hearing protection products while managing a
growing team of top sales representatives. Allowing all users to meet OSHA and ANSI
requirements for hearing protection, the always accessible and cost-effective PlugsSafety
solution will launch in October 2009. A recent market survey conducted by prominent research
firm Baker Street Solutions has already revealed that “PlugsSafety is end-user preferred and
exceeds expectations for hearing safety, reliability, cost and convenience.”
