RULE #1: Above all things, this game is supposed to be FUN, the point is to have a good time!

Join the Game To join the game, you must have paid before the deadline. If you havent done this, better luck next year. I dont care if your uncle is Jimmy Carter and you often play saxaphone with Bill Clinton, youre not playing Assassins this year. Report Elimination of Target If you eliminate your target You must tweet to @bvwassassins14 or personally contact Cooper Scott or Tom Stivers If you are eliminated Follow the procedure outlined above If you were reported as eliminated, but dispute the claim If you have a just reason to believe that your elimination was in violation of rules, contact Cooper Scott and Tom Stivers. They will preside over the incident and issue a verdict. Should you disagree with the verdict, feel free to complain about it some more, you loser. Youre not getting back in the game. I. ASSASSINATION

1. The water must hit the target, or any piece of the target's clothing. If you are wearing a backpack and get hit on the backpack (or some other wearable accessory), it counts. You cannot wear "shields" to block yourself from getting hit by water. 2. The assassin must use a standard-issue water gun. This means no water balloons, water bottles, fire hydrants, shoving somebody into a lake, etc. Any concerns will be fielded by Cooper Scott and Tom Stivers. Failure to abide by this rule or any others will result in forfeiture and loss of your buy in. 3. The target must have BOTH feet outside of the following SAFE ZONES: the target's own residence. Residence shall be defined as a physical structure on the target or assassins property that is not visible from the street at all times. E.g., an open garage door is not an opportunity to get your target as they enter or exit their car. Should a member of the targets family consent to you entering their house, you are permitted to do so. Forced or coerced entry will result in immediate forfeiture and loss of buy in. Any Blue Valley school district property between 5:00 AM Central Time and 11:45 PM Central time, Monday through Friday, unless school is not in session that day for all grades. It is prohibited to use physical force to remove an assassin from a safe zone. 4. It is prohibited to take an assassin's gun when the assassin is touching it. 5.The assassin must not be neutralized when the assassination occurs. When you kill someone, you must go to @bvwassassins14 or personally contact Cooper Scott or Tom Stivers and report the asssasination. Disputes will be handled by the administrator. (See details in above section)

Once you assasinate someone, you will be assigned his/her target, but you can ask them who their target is and begin to pursue them before receiving official confirmation. However, you still have to confirm your kill. Example: You kill Target A and find that A was supposed to kill Target B. This makes Target B your new target. You walk down the street on your way back to confirm your kill and see Target B at a pick-up dunk contest (just go with it), feel free to eliminate Target B. But report your kill to Cooper Scott or Tom Stivers as soon as possible. Just to be clear, you will not be notified who is trying to assassinate you! II. NEUTRALIZATION At any time, if your target shoots you before you successfully assassinate him/her, you are NEUTRALIZED. When you are neutralized, you cannot kill anyone for 15 MINUTES. Your target may not neutralize you while you are already neutralized. However, your target may re-neutralize you after the 15 minutes has expired. If you attempt to exploit the neutralization rules by shooting everyone in a blind attempt to neutralize your assassin, you will recieve a stern talking to. Or get tomahawked right in your cheating face. Dont rule out the latter. In all seriousness, your behavior will result in forfeiture and loss of buy in.

V. AUTO-TERMINATION-WITH-PREJUDICE Assassins who do not assassinate their target within 1176 hours (one week) will be automatically removed from the game. VII. ENDGAME When only two assassins remain in the game, they will be assigned each other as targets. The standard assassination and neutralization rules continue to apply, with one exception: If both assassins shoot each other at the same time (or cannot come to an agreement as to who was hit first), they are both neutralized. Ties are not allowed. VI. MISCELLANEOUS Lying about your participation in the game is grounds for automatic elimination.
