European rules
ALFA caminetti ovens are realized in conformity with the European rules: - They do not present overheated external surfaces (more than 65C) harmful for the users. - They are provided with a 10 years warranty (excluding non-functional defects such as aesthetical defects or those caused by unskilfulness of use. - All our ovens reach the running temperature of more than 200C in 60 minutes. - After 60 minuts heating the cooking temperature is over 200C and can last for at least 60 minutes.

Designed for interiors, in a kitchen or in small spaces, combined with a fireplace. It can be placed by a wall or in a corner

Realize a top about 20 cm tall, with light cellular cement blocks or light concrete with a base of expanded clay or vermiculite.
Moisten the top, then spread a thin coat of Refrax using a toothed spatula and place the parts that compose the firetop.
Moisten the interstices among the parts that compose the firetop and fill them up with Refrax; to avoid obstacles to the shovel, the putty has to be slightly lower than the firetop. The space between the firetop and the dome has to be left empty, not puttied!
After the installation of the dome, and eventually of the arch, make sure that the various parts are well settled.
Moisten the interstices among the parts that compose the dome, then spread from the outside a coat of Refrax 5 cm thick. In order to obtain an optimal thermal inertia, it is recomandable to spread all over the dome a coat of Refrax up to 6 cm thick. For the bigger ovens it will be necessary to place a metal net in the coat of Refrax.
After the coat of Refrax, spread a coat of mineral insulating all over the dome, in order to insulate the oven. We do recommend a first coat of ceramic fiber 2 to 4 cm thick, then 10 to 15 cm of vermiculite, expanded clay or rock wool for high temperatures.
To mantain the spherical shape, place above the dome a metal net covered by a coat of sand and cement 3 to 4 cm thick.

Attention!
Dimension the pedestal keeping in mind to leave 20 cm clearance between its rear and lateral sides and the surrounding walls; on the front side has to be considered the space to place the chosen arch.
