CHAPTER I
FOREWORD

What is Franchise The word franchising was derived from French which mean free from servitude. In the past, Kingdom of France has an individual / groups that given rights and distinction by the Kings of France to represent them doing the public function, for example : attending special events, visiting particular area, doing political lobby, accepting gift, collecting taxes, etc. Reviewed from aspects of the modern economy, franchising is considered to be granting rights and privileges to certain companies to operate the business according to the rules and requirements set by franchise owners. So simply franchising can be understood as a legal agreement where the franchisor agrees to provide the rights and licenses to individuals / companies to sell certain products and or services to others in accordance with regulations prescribed franchisor. CHAPTER II
COMPANY PROFILE

History Originally started the company from a shrimp farm in 2000 where his first business startchristian. William then gave the idea that selling shrimp farms should be developed further. Christian receives an idea from Wiliam, so that by 2006 when the pond Christian has reached 6 acres. Christian and Wiliam, assisted by Evan Louis and opened the first business called "Prawn House" with Louis and Evan as the first in the company's management team. sold in the store is nothing but a raw shrimp that has been processed for direct sale to the public. This business was first inspired by William because he was interested in the direct sale of raw meat sold in grocery stores as Belmart.

Business done is not as smooth as it seems, a lot of ups and downs of the company where the sales margin decreased due to crop failure in many countries due to virus infecting shrimp, so that in 2008, the business almost had "retired" due to lack of supply of shrimp ponds .

Business back to normal in 2010 until now. Even "Prawn House" was able to sell the franchise license with 4 outlets located in Jakarta with a monthly benefit income reached IDR400 million in each of its outlets. and now we invite you to become one of the witnesses to join our success in this business.

What We Sell We sell many kinds of shrimp with a variety of sizes and types, ranging from small size commonly used for cooking daily, up to a large mostly used by big restaurant for a variety of exclusive dishes. Shrimp that we provide directly from fresh shrimp farms tested from seed, feed, extra care in order to get the maximum quality of shrimp produced.

Shrimp are sold divided into two types, the first is based on the size of the sale, then the second, based on the type of processing sales. Sales based on Size Size that we sell very varied. The smallest size is obtained based on the number of shrimp per kilogram. Smallest size is 1/100, which means that 1 kilogram of shrimp contains 100 individuals, this measure typically used for home cooking. Other variations are starting from: 1/80 1/60 1/40 1/30 1/10 Largest size is the size of 1/10, size shrimp can reach twice the size of adult hand middle finger.
