1. TOPIC:A STUDY OF THE DIFFERENT TRAINING PROGAMMES


ORGANISED BY THE PUBLIC SECTOR BANKS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF EMPLOYEES IN LUCKNOWS

2. INTRODUCTION:The present study is undertaken how the various


public sector banks in lucknow organised various training programmes for the development of their employees.The study was done to findout the employee development skill by adoption of these training programs .this survey was done in lucknow city only.

3. SCOPE OF STUDY:The scope of study is limited to the respondents are selected


from Lucknow only.the measurement of employees satisfaction by adoption of various training programmes organised by public sector banks. Scope is limited to lucknow city only.

5. RESEARCH OBJECTIVES:This project aims at studying the present training


programmes scenario. The major public sector banks are SBI,BOI,PNB,OBC,IDBI etc. e. All the public sector banks want to develop the skill of their employees. Study concerns with evaluating fast developing area and so all the service providers were taken to measure the satisfaction of employees.. The main objectives of the study are: 1. To develop the skill of employees. 2. To know the various training programs by public sector banks. 3. To study and identified how employees are benefited. 4. To evaluate the major training provider satisfied the employees. 5. To assess the needs, requirements and expectations of the employees in order to assess their current satisfaction levels.

To understand the performance of employees by the training programms organised by public sector banks to improve development in employee skill, knowledge ,training, capacity, handling of tasks..

6. RESEARCH METHODOLOGY:
Primary Data Collection: 1. Distribution of Questionnaire 2. Interview 3.EmployeeS opinion Secondary Data Collection: 1. Previous research done 2. banks 3. Magazines 4. Internet

7. Tools: In this Study the technique used for interpreting the results is Bar Diagram
and Pie Chart. .

public sector banks in lucknow .

9. Conclusion:As per my belief we have seen that the various training programmes.
Organised by public sector banks to their employees to develop the skills and to improve the working capacity.this training also means to remove the various problem arises during their work by adopting these various kind of training programmes by public sector banks.
