This article was written in 1989. The author's central idea in this article is mainly about our minds and how technology has changed our way of thinking and how it has affected our minds positively and negatively when wanting to find new information. Gigerenzer (1989), in his article started telling about his experience in fall 1989 at the Center of Advanced Study when there was no technology in his personal office at all. The author believes that this idea was very helpful because it just made people use their own brains to find a solution for their problems.
