Communication as we have just seen is an absolute necessity in life.

Communication is the flow of life and keeps people understanding each other then keeps the relationships together. Diverse communications mean the variety of communications appropriate and accordanceto the current technology.

Communication is what resolves conflicts. According to Morgan, Algiro L. in his paper Communication Skills for Teachers. One of the most neglected aspects of teacher training is thorough preparation in the diverse communication skills that are needed by good teachers in today's schools. Pre-professional teachers require a grounding in communication theory, a thorough knowledge of how children acquire competence, an understanding of how language is used, an ability to discern and to respond sensitively to the body language used in a communicative transaction, rhetorical skills for the organization and delivery of specific knowledge and skills, and a grounding in group dynamics and group discussion skills ( by Morgan, Algiro L). Communication is the process by which information is exchanged in order to initiate action or solve a problem. In a school, this may involve giving notices about activities, events, decisions and tasks which affect individuals or groups - pupils, teachers, parents, non-teaching staff, visitors to the school and others. It also suggests the sharing of opinions and ideas openly and freely, being mindful of other's views and encouraging individuals to seek for information and advice. Communication may be defined as the ability to express oneself through writing, through the spoken language and through body expressions in order to pass on a message and ensure it is well understood. Communication is the process by which information is transmitted so that an understanding response results( by Peter Little ). It's not about whizzy powerpoint slides or wordy reports. Effective communication is about being understood ( by Lyndsay Swinton ). Communication are the keys for to getting co-operation with the students, allows us to feel understood, resolving conflicts between teachers and students, let students know what your needs are and how best to meet those needs and also more fun for everyone in the classroom. Many types of communications that we can used in the classroom. There are speech example verbal and nonverbal, the written word, other visual displays,

electronic devices, body language and tone of voice. Communications may take place in different context there are in Informal Communication and Formal Communication. Informal Communication are by word of mouth, personal discussion between teacher as a counsellor ,by telephone through, for example, get personal or confidential talk, gestures, personal impressions and the tone of voice used to reinforce communication.Formal communication are includes learnings, official circulars, internal memos, letters and staff meetings. Everyone knows that a big part of teaching is being about to Communicate Effectively to everyone else in the classroom and in the school. Nowadays, teacher should works and teach well in the class. That is why a teacher should used diverse communication in the classroom to prevent students becoming bored. Effective teacher also recognize the increasing importance of technology as a tool for student learning and as a mojor communication resource to be developed. Technological media, classroom environment and the teachers verbal and nonverbal communications should all work together to send the students clear and consistent messages about classroom expectations, goals and challenges. The teacher uses knowledge of effective verbal, nonverbal, media and technology communication techniques to foster active inquiry, collaboration also supportive interaction in the classroom. Before start the class in the classes in early year carefully planned and skilfully delivered messages can issue invitations to students that school is a place to share ideas, investigate, create and collaborate with others. School can be a place to be understood as well a place to gain understanding. But without intentional considerations and planning, the massages actually received by the students can be conflicting, confusing or discouraging. For this reason, teachers need monitor their personal verbal and nonverbal communication so it is characterized by clarity, organization, enthusiasm ( spirit ) and sensitivity. Teachers oral and written communications need to be models of appropriate grammar, content and syntax ( sintaksis ). Effective teachers consistently use active listening skills as well. These include the use of paraphrasing, perception checking and clarifying questions.

Three various learning styles for teachers to remember while teaching. There are Auditory Learner, Visual Learner and Kinesthetic Learner. Auditory Learner is a learning style in which a person learns through listening. That is why the voice, sound and the words must be fluently and clear. Visual Learner is a teaching and learning style in which ideas, concepts, data and other informations are associated with images and graphs/charts/playcards/powerpoint slaids and etc. As a teacher we should evolving with the newer technological aids for better communication in classroom. We can used various ICT components, because it helps teacher in enhancing their skills in teaching also to introduced the newer technology to children. By the way, it also has its deep rooted impact on the learning of the student . Kinesthetic Learner is a teaching and learning style in which learning takes palce by the student actually carrying out a physical activity, rather than listening to a lecture or merely watching a demonstration. By using the kinaesthetic learning, the young learning and active student can archived more skills and knowleges. Lastly, we realized how important diverse communication are.
