The University of Faisalabad, with all its glitz and fortunes of knowledge, stands amid one of the most dynamic and culturally rich cities of Pakistan. With their high scholastic achievements, TUF faculty is recognized for its experience and expertise. A fully established QEC ensures continuous evaluation of teaching-learning process. The industry oriented curriculum being implemented provides the students with maximum exposure to fieldwork and the academic programs carry high job potential. This is evident from the fact that 71% of TUF Alumni is employed in multinational companies, mills, hospitals and banks, in Pakistan and abroad. The University also provides internship and placement services for students and graduates. The quality of basic education across the country is increasingly coming under scrutiny as learning outcomes are not meeting set standards. There are major gaps in the knowledge of students emerging from the education system. Firstly, teachers are not providing quality teaching because they are either not motivated to teach, do not have the mastery of the subject theyre asked to teach, or do not have the teaching skills on how to effectively explain concepts and help students learn them. Secondly, students are not learning in school either because of poor teaching or because a traditional class structure is designed on one size fits all theory. It can be reasonably assumed that these gaps in basic concepts are propagated as a student progresses to higher grade levels. An obvious explanation behind this is the quality of teaching. Sabaq Foundation Trust was founded in 2012 as a registered non-profit Trust having head office in F-6/1, Islamabad. We are creating world class tutoring videos for Pakistani students. We have started with 9th and 10th class Mathematics and have created over 1000 videos up-till now. We are in the process of adding the videos of Physics, Chemistry, Biology, English, and later we will also cover 7th class, 8th class, 1st year, and 2nd

Videos are actually hosted in Pakistan so theyre fast to view. This channel is our main focus initially because it is the most cost effective way of reaching people. 2. DVDs in stores: We are compiling all the videos into DVD format and will work with various wholesale/retail channels to make these DVDs available at nominal cost to the students. 3. DVDs in schools labs etc.: Once our DVDs are developed, we would explore all avenues for making them available to the students and would also offer the schools to keep them.
More delivery channels will be explored as our videos become more popular.
