U#/#A# (Epic)# The purpose o0 this license is to allow You to use this so0tware (the /o0tware) on the terms set 0orth below# "0 You do not agree to the terms o0 this Agreement You may not use the /o0tware# 1. License Grant. 1rovided that You comply with all terms and conditions o0 this Agreement including the License 2estrictions in /ection ' below Epic grants You 0or the entire duration o0 the legal protection o0 the intellectual property rights o0 the /o0tware pursuant to applicable law a limited personal non3e4clusive worldwide non3sublicensable and non3trans0erable license to use the /o0tware to create art and art3related tools and materials# This license is being provided to You 0ree o0 charge# 2. Ownership; License Restrictions. As between the parties Epic owns the title copyright and other intellectual property rights in the /o0tware# Epic reserves all rights not e4pressly granted to You in this Agreement# Unless applicable law gives You more rights despite this limitation You may use the /o0tware only as e4pressly permitted in this Agreement# Thus You may use the /o0tware as set 0orth in /ection ' but You may not5

reverse engineer or decompile the /o0tware e4cept and only to the e4tent that applicable law e4pressly permits despite this limitation6 use reproduce copy distribute redistribute encumber sell rent lease assign sublicense trans0er rights in or display the /o0tware 0or any purpose other than as e4pressly stated in /ection -6 remove or modi0y any product identi0ication or trademar7 copyright or proprietary notices legends symbols labels or this Agreement 0rom the /o0tware6 or use any Epic trademar7s logos trade names or service mar7s in any manner (other than 7eeping trademar7 notices on the /o0tware as described in the above bullet point)#

3. Termination. 8ithout pre9udice to any other rights (a) this Agreement will terminate immediately without notice 0rom the other party i0 either party 0ails to comply with any o0 the terms or conditions o0 this Agreement and (b) Epic may terminate this Agreement at any time upon notice to You# Upon termination o0 this Agreement You must cease all use and destroy all copies o0 the /o0tware and all o0 its component parts and any documentation related thereto# 4. Disclaimer of Warranty; Limitation of Liability. The /o0tware is licensed as is# You bear the ris7 o0 using it# Epic does not give any e4press or statutory representations warranties guarantees or conditions# Epic also e4cludes all implied warranties including any warranty o0 merchantability title durability 0itness 0or a particular purpose and non3in0ringement# You can recover 0rom Epic direct damages up to U#/# :',#(( only# You cannot recover any other damages 0rom Epic including damages 0or lost pro0its or data or conse;uential special direct indirect or incidental damages# This limitation includes but is not limited to5 (a) anything related to the /o0tware or services (i0 any)6 and (b) claims 0or breach o0 contract breach o0 warranty guarantee or condition strict liability negligence or other tort# "t also applies even i0 Epic 7new or should have 7nown about the possibility o0 the damages# The 0oregoing limitations on liability are intended to apply to the warranties and disclaimers above and all other aspects o0 this Agreement# The limitations and e4clusions o0 liability do not apply i0 and to the e4tent prohibited by law# . !iscellaneo"s.
