Tehillim/Psalm 107 and Circumcision of Heart

And hwhy your Elohim will circumcise your heart,
and the heart of your seed, to love hwhy your
Elohim with all your heart, and with all
your nephesh, that you may live.
Deuteronomy 30:6

a This study will ponder numerous thoughts surrounding the circumcision of heart
that hwhy requires within all those who would enter His Kingdom. And it is a
subject matter of such immense and long-lasting importance that hwhy even
inspired the numbering of Tehillim (the Psalms) to correspond to this great topic.
The Torah of hwhy is the Word which He has commanded to 1000 generations.
1

Beginning with Abraham,
2
hwhy has decreed His Word/Torah will remain valid
and authoritativethe Constitution of His Age-Abiding Kingdomacross the
many eons of time it will take to span the 1000 generations prophesied. The end
3

spoken of by Shaul will not come until the Messiah has reigned across these
20,000 plus years and we have seen all the enemies if hwhy subdued under His feet.

In this article, we will learn and ponder yet more about the war hwhy promised He
would have against Amalek from generation to generation.
4
Many have put forth
that Amalek is a type of the flesh, but does the Word of hwhy give us any direct
evidence this is the case? And do the Hebrew misparim/numbers reveal to us that
such a view is still incomplete? Also to be pondered: While hwhy promised to
utterly cut off the remembrance of Amalek from under heaven,
5
have all the
Amalekites been permanently obliterated at this point in time? Some have
imagined and/or theorized this to be the case. Yet that hardly seems likely since
there still remain unfulfilled prophecies which involve the descendants of Amalek.

We give thanks to hwhy for what the Spirit reveals to His people through the
Hebrew misparim/numbers. May the sovereign, omnipotent rule of the One who
Reigns on High, to the Age and Beyond, be established over all Yisrael and over
all the earth.

The Five Books of Tehillim/Psalms
Correspond to the Five Books of the Torah

Why is Psalm 107 the one hundred and seventh song of the Book of
Tehillim/Psalms? And why is Tehillim / Psalm 107 the first song of BOOK FIVE?
Yes! The Psalms are divided into five, separate books:

BOOK ONE, BOOK TWO, BOOK THREE, BOOK FOUR, and BOOK FIVE.

That BOOK FIVE begins with Psalm 107 is a result which we will see to be both
inspired and amazing. Since the ordering and numbering of Tehillim, or the
Psalms, is inspired, there is a purpose for each of the psalms having been placed at
a particular place in the sequence of these 150 songs. In this ongoing series of
studies, many remarkable instances of these inspired number connections have
been noted, so we will not take the time to recount the evidence revealed in the
Spirit and documented thus far. However, it was previously shown that the Book
of Tehillim/Psalms is divided into five partseach of which corresponds to the
Five Books of Mosheh, the Torahwhat some call the Pentateuch. For those
recently joining us, we show this five-part division once again:

SEPHER a/BOOK ONE: Breshit: The Genesis Book: Psalms 1 41
SEPHER b /BOOK TWO: Shemot: The Exodus Book: Psalms 42 72
SEPHER g/BOOK THREE: Vayyikra: The Leviticus Book: Psalms 73 89
SEPHER d/BOOK FOUR: Bemidbar: The Numbers Book: Psalms 90 106
SEPHER h/BOOK FIVE: Debarim: The Deuteronomy Book: Psalms 107 150

Since the above divisions are openly noted in the Hebrew Tanak/Bible, many
English translations will have BOOK ONE as a major heading above Psalm 1,
BOOK TWO as the heading above Psalm 42, BOOK THREE will be prominently
seen just above Psalm 73, BOOK FOUR will appear just above Psalm 90, and
BOOK FIVE will introduce the last forty-four psalms, beginning with Psalm 107.
Unfortunately, some translations do not include these inspired and instructive
divisions; thus, in some versions, no special headings will be seen. Readers are
referred to the Companion Bible for E.W. Bullingers additional comments on this
matter as he shows much evidence of the connection between the Five Books of
the Torah and the Five Books of the Psalms.
6
On page 720 of its main text, the
Companion Bible points out the above arrangement of the Psalms into five, distinct
books.

We find ourselves most grateful for the many things which Dr.

other edifying thoughts about the Psalmsthe greatest of all books of praise and

worship. Bullingers many notes on the Psalms, alone, make it worth obtaining the
Companion Bible.
8
On page 720, he writes:

Manuscript and Massoretic authorities, the Talmud
(Kiddushin 33a) as well as the ancient versions, divide the Psalms
into five books. The Midrash on Ps. 1:1 says, Moses gave to the
Israelites the five books of the Law; and corresponding with
these David gave them the five books of the psalms.
9

To the above quote we add, in the beginning, the first words recorded as having
been spoken by Elohim are Yu-hee ohr Let there be light.
10
Corresponding
with this great outburst of lightthe life-force which broke forth in the first act of
Creationthe Spirit of hwhy opens Psalm 1 (and so, the entire book of 150 songs)
pronouncing yet again, Let there be light! Only now, this light is seen to be the
light of the Torah:

Blessed is the man that does not walk in the counsel
of lawless ones, and in the way of sinners does not stand,
and in the seat of scoffers does not sit. But in the Torah
of hwhy is his delight and in His Torah he
meditates by day and night.
Psalm 1:1-2
11

Other psalms/songs elaborate upon this amazing fact: The Torah of hwhy is Light
from Him
12
Light from His very Presence. Those walking in darkness do not
access this Presence, nor do they abide by the Torah of hwhy.
13
Corresponding
with the light which began Creationand which figuratively breaks forth from all
Five Books of the TorahPsalm 1 not only opens Sepher a/BOOK 1 (the Genesis
Book
14
), but it begins the entire Book of Tehillim/Psalms as it pronounces:

Let there be light the light of the Torah
15
the light
which lights mankind delivering him from darkness
16

the light which prospers him with life abundantly.

And, indeed, the entire Psalter can be proven to be meditations on the Torah.
Further, the entire Book of Psalms shows the Torah to be nothing less than the light
which emanates from hwhy Himself.
18
Not surprisingly, when haMashiach (the
Messiah) came into the world as the Word of hwhy in the flesh,
19
He came as the
Living Torah. And the Messiah was the light which lights every man coming into
the world.
20
Because eswhy was the Light of the Torah made Flesh,
21
the
Messiah rightly called Himself the Light of the world.
22
Consequently, eswhy
and all His apostles taught Messianic, New Covenant believers to walk in the light
of the age-abiding Torah.
23

So the numbering of individual psalms is also inspired. As hwhy permits us to
continue in His service, we will attempt to convey more thoughts on this matter via
the numerous meditations which compose this series, HaMisparim LaDebarim:
The Numbers of the Words. Thanks be to hwhy, in the present study, it will
become much clearer as to why Psalm 107 begins BOOK FIVE of Tehillim/Psalms;
additionally, we will see evidence which explains why this particular psalm so
closely corresponds with the Book of Debarim/Deuteronomy.

Why Does Psalm 107 Begin Book Five of Tehillim?
We have already seen BOOK FIVE of Tehillim corresponds to the Fifth Book of the
Torah: Debarim/Deuteronomy. So why did the Spirit inspire Tehillim/Psalm 107
to be the song which commences BOOK FIVE of the Psalms? This matter is
revealed by the Spirit of the Mashiach
24
via the Hebrew misparim/numbers.
25

Below, we set forth the place value (pv) and the misparim value (mv) of
lwm/molthe Hebrew word for circumcise/circumcised:

(pv) 31 = (12) l + (6) w + (13) m = lwm = mol = circumcise(-d)

(mv) 76 = (30) l + (6) w + (40) m = lwm = mol = circumcise(-d)
========
(fv) 107

It is not merely coincidence that the full value (fv) of lwm/mol/circumcise(-d) is
107.
26
The relationship between the subject of circumcision and the Book of
Deuteronomy is quite significant. Do readers realize that, of the Five Books of the

Readers may confirm all place values and misparim values using the charts which are seen at the end of this

Also note: Adding the digits of 107 gives us the following: 1 + 0 + 7 = 8. And circumcision was to take place on
the eighth day. Leviticus 12:1-3
5
Torah, the only one that speaks directly about circumcision of heart is the Book of
Debarim/Deuteronomy? Here are those most significant and instructive texts:

12 And now, Yisrael, what does hwhy your Elohim require of you,
but to fear hwhy your Elohim, to walk in all His ways, and to love
Him, and to serve hwhy your Elohim with all your heart and with
all your soul, 13 to keep the commandments of hwhy, and His
statutes, which I command your this day for your good? 14
Behold, to hwhy your Elohim belongs heaven, and the heaven of
heavens, the earth, with all that is therein. 15 Only hwhy had
delight in your fathers to love them, and He chose their seed
after them, even you, above all peoples, as at this day. 16
Circumcise, therefore, the foreskin of your heart, and be no
more stiffnecked. Deuteronomy 10:12-16

And hwhy your Elohim will circumcise your heart,
and the heart of your seed, to love hwhy your Elohim with
all your heart, and with all your soul, that you may live.
Deuteronomy 30:6

How important are the messages that hwhy wishes to convey through the Hebrew
misparim/numbers which surround lwm/molthe Hebrew word for
circumcise/circumcised? Evidently, they are of extreme importance. So much so
that Elohim preserved those numbers in the opening word of this text. The original
Hebrew looks like this:

Kbbl - ta Kyhla hwhy lmw
your hear t s speci f i cal l y your El ohi m YHWH And
ci r cumci se
( wi l l )

hbhal Kerz bbl - taw

Kyyx Neml Kspn - lkbw
your l i f e f or t he your nephesh and wi t h al l
sake of
The first word of these lines begins with the Hebrew word meaning And
circumcise:
lmw
And circumcise

6
Recalling the word for circumcise, it normally looks like this:

lwm
mol/circumcise

Yet notice the first word in the above sentence. It is translated and circumcise
(lmw) and has the same three letters as circumcise (lwm):

lm w
circumcise And

To preserve the same three letters as we see in the usual rendering of lwm
(mol/circumcise), the Spirit dropped the middle letter, the w-VAV, and gave that
letter its place in the front of the word as the Hebrew prefix which typically means
and. The w-VAV is the Hebrew letter which forms conjunctions (meaning and,
but, and or). Thus, keeping the same three letters, we see Inspiration
maintained all the values surrounding the word lwm/mol/circumcise (i.e.,
31/76/107, and others). Of course, this is still more evidence over the importance
of the circumcision of heart which hwhy teaches within the Book of
Debarim/Deuteronomy (and further emphasizes the importance of Tehillim 107
commencing BOOK FIVE of the Psalms).

It is only through circumcision of hearta circumcision which is both made and
maintained by the Spirit of hwhythat we may obey Him. Sadly, there are an
increasing number in our days who teach that, even with the power of the Spirit,
obedience is not possible, or attainable.
27
If the power of the Spirit is unable to
transform our hearts and mindsmolding us into the image of the Potterthen the
Mashiach died in vain. So we now proceed to ponder this matter. And we are in
awe of hwhy, who has established a clear connection between the Spirit of Elohim,
circumcision of heart, and the humility of mind that grants us favor and power
before the Most High.

Circumcision of Heart and Ruach Elohim
Shaul wrote that Ruach Elohim (the Spirit of Elohim ) answers to the problem of
an uncircumcised heart. From where might this emissary of the Messiah have
derived this? The Spirit of hwhy often reveals significant, spiritual implications
and relationships between Hebrew words, or phrases, that have the very same
number values.
28
In Hebrew, Myhla xwr/Ruach Elohim/the Spirit of Elohim
adds to 300, as does the Hebrew word lre/arel, meaning uncircumcised:

= Myhla xwr = Ruach Elohim = the Spirit of Elohim

(mv) 300 = (40) M + (10) y + (5) h + (30) l + (1) a + (8) x + (6) w + (200) r

(mv) 300 = (30) l + (200) r + (70) e = lre = lre = arel/uncircumcised

All evidence indicates the apostle Shaul was fully aware of this profound
numerical connection. And the spiritual implications revealed to Shaul by hwhy
over the matter are now seen within many of his writings: Numerous times he
connects circumcision of heart with Ruach Elohim/the Spirit of Elohim. The
emissary even states that such circumcision occurs by the Spirit of Elohim.
29
The
message is clear: Ruach Elohim (300) answers to the problem of an uncircumcised
(300) heart.
30

The letter SHIN ( S )which begins the Hebrew word MS/Shem/Namealso has
a value of 300. And because MS/Shem begins with the letter SHIN ( S ), many
Yahudim/Jews the world over, thus regard this singular, Hebrew letter to be a
representation of the Qadosh Name/Shem of hwhy. Ruach haQodesh signifying
the ultimate circumcision is the circumcision of heart that occurs when the Spirit of
the Mashiach cleanses the heart and makes us doers of the Torah.
31
This, in turn,
brings about the greatest possible manifestation of His Name (Shem/S) in all the
earth as His Kingdom increases yet more and more.
32

The Sword of hwhy Which He Will Draw Out to Punish the Uncircumcised
While speaking to the prophet Daniel, the heavenly messenger revealed the ancient
oath which was made by the Most High. hwhy had long since sworn by Himself to
fulfill His Word:
33

And I heard the man clothed in linen, who was above the waters
of the river, when he held up his right hand and his left hand
unto heaven, and swore by Him that lives for ever, that it shall
be for a time, times, and a half. And when they have made an
end of breaking in pieces the power of the set apart people, all
these things shall be finished. Daniel 12:7

One thing we realize from this text is that the persecution and death of the set apart
peoplethe sons and daughters of the Most Highwill be the thing that kindles
the burning wrath of hwhy. His response will be swift and full and it involves the
Sword of hwhy that He will draw out after those warring and uncircumcised
peoples who oppose His paths of shalom/peace. We see this oath spoken of in the

very last lines of the Song of Mosheh;
34
and we read there that hwhy has sworn by
Himself to unsheathe His Sword to bring exacting and fearsome vengeance on His
adversaries:

40 For I lift up My hand to heaven, And say, I Live to the
Ages:41 If I whet the lightning of My sword, and My hand takes
hold on judgment, I will render vengeance to My adversaries,
and will recompense those that hate Me. 42 I will make My
arrows drunk with blood, and My sword shall devour flesh; with
the blood of the slain and the captives, from the head of the
leaders of the enemy. 43 Rejoice, you nations, His people: for He
will avenge the blood of His servants, and will render vengeance
to His adversaries, and will cover/atone for His Land, His
people. Deuteronomy 32:40-43

It soon becomes evident that this is the war of hwhy against the uncircumcised who
have unjustly slain His people and scorned the Elohim of Yisrael. We now study
the Hebrew numbers for the phrase, I Live to the Ages:

Mlel ykna yx
l e ol am Anoki Chai
to the I Live
Ages

The place value of this phrase is given below; and we note it is equivalent to the
full value (fv) of the Hebrew word lwm/mol, meaning circumcise/circumcised:

18 = (10) y + (8) x
36 = (10) y + (11) k + (14) n + (1) a
53 = (13) M + (12) l + (16) e + (12) l
=========
(pv) 107

What an amazing connection to the Eternal Purpose of hwhy, Tehillim 107,
circumcision, and the oath in which He has sworn by Himself! When the prophet
Yirmeyahu (Jeremiah) spoke in the Spirit of this Sword of Vengeance, we believe
he was referring to the Song of Mosheh, to Tehillim/Psalm 107, and to the
punishment which hwhy says He will mete out upon all the uncircumcised (whether
they are of Yisrael or another nation). Psalm 107 exalts the chesed/lovingkindness
of hwhy
35
which He has commanded across 1000 generations.
36
And this chesed is
directly related to those who honor His Covenant and who, like Abraham, are

34

Psalm 107:1,8,15,21,31,43

circumcised in heart to keep His commandments.
37
Psalm 107 ends with this great
exhortation:
Whosoever is wise will give
heed to these things, and they will
consider the chesed of hwhy.
Psalm 107:43

But where Psalm 107 leaves off, the prophet Yirmeyahu continues. The chesed of
hwhy is not one-sided; and because of that, while His chesed results in untold
blessings upon those who love and seek Elohim, that same chesed justly requires
the Almighty to punish those who flagrantly reject His Torah:

11 Elohim has spoken once; twice I have heard this:
That power belongs to Elohim. 12 Also to You, my Sovereign,
belongs chesed: for You render to every man according to his work.
Psalm 62:11-12

We notice that Yirmeyahu speaks in the Spirit as he brings together the Song of
Mosheh along with the circumcision of heart that hwhy requires. And, once more,
we have a prophetic warning over the Sword that hwhy has promisedeven sworn
by Himselfto draw out after the uncircumcised who transgress His ways.
Compare the following to the above lines (from Psalm 107:43) and notice the
similarity between the opening line of this prophecy and the closing line of Psalm
107:
12 Who is the wise man, that may understand this? And who is
he to whom the mouth of hwhy has spoken that he may declare it?
Why is the land perished and burned up like a wilderness, so that
none passes through? 13 And hwhy says, Because they have
forsaken My Torah, which I set before them, and have not obeyed
My voice, neither walked therein, 14 but have walked after the
stubbornness of their own heart, and after the Baalim, which
their fathers taught them; 15 therefore, thus says hwhy Tzebaot,
the Elohim of Yisrael, Behold, I will feed them, even this people,
with wormwood, and give them water of gall to drink. 16 I will
scatter them also among the nations, whom neither they nor their
fathers have known; and I will send the sword after them, till I
have consumed them. 17 Thus says hwhy Tzebaot: Consider you,
and call for the mourning women, that they may come; and send
for the skillful women, that they may come: 18 and let them make
haste, and take up a wailing for us, that our eyes may run down
with tears, and our eyelids gush out with waters. 19 For a voice
of wailing is heard out of Tziyon, How we are ruined! We are

37
Genesis 17:1-14, 26:4-5
10
greatly confounded, because we have forsaken the land, because
they have cast down our dwellings. 20 Yet hear the Word of
hwhy, you women, and let your ear receive the word of His
mouth; and teach your daughters wailing, and every one her
neighbor lamentation. 21 For death has come up into our
windows, it is entered into our palaces; to cut off the children
from without, and the young men from the streets. 22 Speak, Thus
says hwhy, The dead bodies of men shall fall as dung upon the
open field, and as the handful after the harvestman; and none
shall gather them. 23 Thus says hwhy, Let not the wise man exult
in his wisdom, neither let the mighty man exult in his might, let
not the rich man exult in his riches; 24 but let him that exults
exult in this: That he has understanding, and knows Me, that I
am hwhy who exercises chesed, judgment, and righteousness, in
the earth: for in these things I delight, says hwhy. 25 Behold, the
days come, says hwhy, that I will punish all them that are
circumcised in uncircumcision: 26 Egypt, and Yahudah, and
Edom, and the children of Ammon, and Moab, and all that have
the corners cut offthat dwell in the wilderness. For all the
nations are uncircumcised, and all the House of Yisrael are
uncircumcised in heart. Jeremiah 9:12-26

We see that hwhy has promised to draw out the Sword of Vengeance after all
violent, warring, and uncircumcised people who reject His peace/shalom and who
transgress His ways. We saw that promise was made via an oath and that it was
mentioned in the Song of Mosheh. This is the Sword of Vengeance which hwhy
has warned, promisedeven sworn by Himself (107)
38
that He will draw out
after all those who are uncircumcised of hearteven if they reside within the
Commonwealth of Yisrael. Simply put, there will be a time when the stiff-necked
who refuse His Word and His mitzvot/commandments will be punished for
spurning His Torah.

King David: A Man After the Heart of hwhy
What did it mean when hwhy proclaimed that David was a man after His own
heart?
And when He had removed him,
39
He raised up David
to be their king; to whom also He bore witness and said,
I have found David, the son of Jesse, a man after
My heart, who shall do all My will.
Acts 13:22

38
Remember: 107 is the full value of lwm/mol/circumcise(-d).
39
(i.e., when hwhy had removed King Shaul from reigning over Yisrael)
11
When hwhy stated David was a man after His own heart, did that mean what most
people interpret it to mean in this present day and age? The word after seen
above is translated from the Greek word kata / kata, which means according to.
David was not chasing, or trying to win over the heart of hwhy; yet that is what
many people today imagine, and that is how the phrase is so often used. However,
the texts on this matter indicate nothing of the sort. The meaning being conveyed
is still of great importance and this meaning is that David was acting in accordance
with the heart of hwhy. Thus, David represented the honor and the heart of the
Most High. In the above citationrecorded in the Book of ActsShaul was
referring to the word of hwhy spoken by Shemuel, the prophet:

But now your kingdom shall not continue:
hwhy has sought Him a man after His own heart,
and hwhy has commanded him to be captain over His people,
because you have not kept that which hwhy commanded you.
1Samuel 13:14

The phrase, after His own heart, is only one word in Hebrew (wbblk); and it
would be better translated in accordance with His heart:

w bbl k
his heart like / as /
according to

Meaning: as His heart / like His heart / according to His heart.

So the indication here is that David acted in accordance with the heart of hwhy.
David was one who sought to defend and promote the honor of the Most High
Creator. At the time hwhy made an eternal covenant with the prophet and ruler of
Yisrael, this is how King David responded and this is what he spoke about how the
Name of hwhy would be magnified forever:

And let Your Name be magnified for ever, saying,
hwhy of Hosts is Elohim over Yisrael.
2Samuel 7:26

Not long before the 2014 Chag Pesach,
40
the author was blessed to begin praying,
chanting, and singing those five, Hebrew words which David had declared would
be spoken of hwhy to magnify His Name to the Age and beyond:

larvy - le Myhla twabu hwhy
Yisrael all Elohim Tzebaot YHWH
Yisrael over (is) Elohim of Hosts YHWH

40
(Passover)
12
After praying, singing, chanting, and meditating on these words for some five plus
weeks, one morning it occurred in the Spirit that this phrase was referring to an
earlier incident in the life of David: the defeat of the Philistine champion, Goliath!
Notice how Davids zeal burned at that time to bring honor to the Most High and
to defeat the uncircumcised Philistine who had been mocking the Elohim of
Yisrael:
41

42 And when the Philistine looked about, and saw David, he
disdained him; for he was but a youth, and ruddy, and withal of a
fair countenance. 43 And the Philistine said to David, Am I a
dog, that you come to me with staves? And the Philistine cursed
David by his gods. 44 And the Philistine said to David, Come to
me, and I will give your flesh to the birds of the heavens, and to
the beasts of the field. 45 Then David said to the Philistine, You
come to me with a sword, and with a spear, and with a javelin:
but I come to you in the Name of hwhy Tzebaot, the Elohim of
the armies of Yisrael, whom you have defied. 46 This day hwhy
will deliver you into my hand; and I will smite you, and take off
your head; and I will give the dead bodies of the host of the
Philistines this day to the birds of the heavens, and to the wild
beasts of the earth; that all the earth may know that there is an
Elohim for Yisrael (larsyl), 47 and that all this assembly may
know that hwhy saves not with sword and spear: the battle is for
hwhy, and He will give you into our hand. 1Samuel 17:42-47

Not only do the words seen here match the words which David later spoke to
magnify the Name (2Samuel 7:26), but the king-to-be also represented the Sword
of hwhy against the uncircumcised (the Sword seen in the Song of Mosheh). And
as he entered into battle with Goliath, David declared that Elohim is larsyl / for
Yisraelfor the circumcised! Note the place value of the Hebrew word for
Yisrael matches the misparim value of mol/circumcised:

= larsyl / for Yisrael

(mv) 76 = (12) l + (1) a + (20) r + (21) s + (10) y + (12) l

(mv) 76 = (30) l + (6) w + (40) m = lwm = mol = circumcise(-d)
And while this word larsyl / for Yisrael is not seen in 2Samuel 7:26, it is
seen when David speaks to magnify hwhy in DibrehaYamim/Chronicles:

41
1Samuel 17:26, 36
13
And let Your Name be established and magnified for ever, saying,
hwhy of Hosts is the Elohim of Yisrael, the Elohim for Yisrael/larsyl.
1Chronicles 17:24

We note the Hebrew of this text contains the word larsyl / for Yisrael an
affirmation spoken by David just as he was entering into battle with Goliath:

larvyl Myhla larvy yhla twabu hwhy
lYisrael Elohim Yisrael Elo-hay Tzebaot YHWH
for Yisrael (is the) Elohim Yisrael Elohim of of Hosts YHWH

that all the earth may know that there is an Elohim for
Yisrael (larsyl), 47 and that all this assembly may know that
hwhy saves not with sword and spear: the battle is for hwhy, and
He will give you into our hand. 1Samuel 17:42-47
These were among the last-spoken words of David as he entered into battle against
the Philistine. So when David later spoke these same words to exalt the Name of
hwhy, he was forever memorializing the defeat of Goliath and the victory for
Yisrael which the Most High gained on that history-making day:
hwhy of Hosts is the Elohim of Yisrael,
the Elohim for Yisrael / larsyl.
1Chronicles 17:24
The entire account sets forth the contrast between the defiant, uncircumcised
nations and Yisraelthe humble, circumcised people He has chosen to bear the
Sword of Vengeance. When David took up the battle of hwhy against the profane
and uncircumcised Goliath, he was truly acting in accordance with the heart of
hwhy. We may begin to do the same in our days through times of fasting and
prayer, followed by deeds based in emunah, love, and service.

Fasting and Prayer: Cleansing the Heart and the Hands
During times of fasting and prayer, the Spirit of hwhy works increasing humility
within the heart and mind of those who sincerely and reverently seek Him. And
hwhy intends for us to carry that humility with us upon emerging from those times
of humbling and affliction. The reverent believer will emerge from times of
fasting and prayer and will carry forth a greater love, a greater humility, and a
greater zeal to serve the Most High. True fasting cleanses the heart of spiritual
and emotional uncleanness that may attempt to linger or gain a foothold in our
lives. Fasting, then, prepares the heart
42
to see the salvation of hwhy at still greater
levels and in still greater ways. This preparation of heart readies the soil and breaks
up the inner fallow ground so that the Spirit of hwhy can sow the seeds of
righteousness within those who seek Him:

42
2Chronicles 12:14, 19:3, Ezra 7:10, Tehillim 57:7, 78:8, Hoshea 10:12
14
Sow to yourselves in righteousness,
reap according to chesed/lovingkindness; break up
your fallow ground: for it is time to seek hwhy, till
He comes and rains righteousness upon you.
Hosea 10:12

The Hebrew word used for this preparation of heart is Nwk / koon, and it is most
often translated as prepare(-d). But let us compare the number values of this
word, prepare, with the number values for the Hebrew word translated as
circumcise(-d):

(pv) 31 = (14) N + (6) w + (11) k = Nwk = koon = prepare/establish

(mv) 76 = (50) N + (6) w + (20) k = Nwk = koon = prepare/establish
==========
(pv) 107

(pv) 31 = (12) l + (6) w + (13) m = lwm = mol = circumcise(-d)

(mv) 76 = (30) l + (6) w + (40) m = lwm = mol = circumcise(-d)
==========
(pv) 107

We doubt there could be anything more amazing, or anything more awesome, in all
of the Scriptures: Blessed be His Qadosh Name who lives forever and ever; it is He
who gives this revelation to His people by the Spirit:

Not only does the full value exactly match for these
two words, but so do their place values (31)
as well as their misparim values (76).

hwhy leaves us with no doubt that reverent fasting prepares the heart and allows
the Spirit the means to cleanse the inner man, to mold us anew, and to make us
vessels of honor
43
in the Hand of the Sovereign Potter.
44

Many other Scriptures show us hwhy has ordained fasting as a means for personal
cleansing and that this is a cleansing which requires personal initiative. Referring
to fasting and humility, the Messiah told the scribes and Pharisees to cleanse the
inside of the cup and of the platter:

25 Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites!
For you cleanse the outside of the cup and of the platter,
but within they are full from extortion and excess. 26 You blind
Pharisee! Cleanse first the inside of the cup and of the platter,

43
2Timothy 2:21
44
Isaiah 64:8, Jeremiah 18:6
15
that the outside thereof may become clean also.
Matthew 23:25-26

Writing to Timothy, Shaul spoke of the very same cleansing; and note the
preparation of heart that has occurred once the believers heart has been, thus,
purified in the Spirit:

20 Now in a great house there are not only vessels of gold and of
silver, but also of wood and of earth; and some unto honor, and
some unto dishonor. 21 If, therefore, a man cleanses himself
from these, he shall be a vessel of honor, set apart, suitable for
the Masters use, prepared unto every good work. 22 But flee
youthful lusts, and follow after righteousness, faith, love, peace,
with those that call upon hwhy out of a pure heart. 2Timothy
2:20-22

James also spoke of the very same cleansing. And in his teaching, he not only
mentions a cleansing/purifying of the heart (and hands), but James uses several
fasting-related words to emphasize the great need for these believers to earnestly
repent before hwhy so they could receive said cleansing:

6 And He gives greater favor.
45
Therefore it says, Elohim resists
the proud, but gives favor to the humble. 7 Submit yourselves
therefore to Elohim. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. 8
Draw near to Elohim, and He will draw near
46
to you. Cleanse
hands, you sinners, and purify hearts, you double-minded. 9 Be
afflicted, and mourn, and weep: let your laughter be turned to
mourning, and joy to heaviness. 10 Humble yourselves in the
sight of hwhy, and He will lift you up. James 4:6-10

Yet centuries earlier, hwhy said the very same thingand He had spoken of this
same cleansing through the prophet Isaiah:

10 Hear the Word of hwhy, you rulers of Sodom; give ear to the
Torah of our Elohim, you people of Gomorrah. 11 To what
purpose is the multitude of your sacrifices to Me? says hwhy: I
am full of the burnt-offerings of rams, and the fat of fed beasts;
and I delight not in the blood of bullocks, or of lambs, or of he-
goats. 12 When you come to appear before Me, who has required
this at your hand, to tread My courts? 13 Bring no more vain
oblations; incense is an abomination to Me; the new moons and
sabbaths, the calling of assemblies, I cannot endure; it is
iniquity, even the solemn meeting. 14 Your new moons and your

45
This is that greater favor which Mosheh had sought and found via reverent fasting and prayer: Exodus 33:12-17
46
Psalm 34:18
16
appointed feasts My soul hates: they are a trouble to me; I am
weary to bear them. 15 And when you spread forth your hands, I
will hide My eyes from you: yes, when you make many prayers, I
will not hear: your hands are full of blood. 16 Wash you, make
yourselves clean; put away the evil of your doings from before
My eyes; cease to do evil; 17 learn to do good; seek judgment,
relieve the oppressed, judge the fatherless, plead for the widow.
Isaiah 1:10-17

The above lines speak of the cleansing/repentance that must occur from earth to
heaven. It speaks of the personal initiativethrough times of fasting, prayer, and
preparation of heartthe repentance which one must display before the Most High
to be truly cleansed. Our hearts must be humbled, purified, and prepared for His
Presence. And only after Yisrael had truly repented and humbled their hearts, only
then would the all-important heaven-to-earth cleansing take place. Of this
cleansing, hwhy immediately says:

Come now, and let us reason together,
says hwhy: though your sins are as scarlet,
they shall be white as snow, though they are
red like crimson, they shall be as wool.
Isaiah 1:18

hwhy changes not,
47
so it is no different today: forgiveness requires repentance and
the Torah of hwhy defines what that repentance entails. So the personal cleansing
we initiate to purify our hearts during times of fasting expresses the ever repentant
heart that hwhy must see if the Blood of the Messiah is to cleanse us from all sin.
For even the Blood of the Lamb, we are warned, will not avail spiritual cleansing
for anyone who is given to the pride of an uncircumcised heart that practices
intentional sin.
48
An uncircumcised heart is a heart which is not humble before the
Face of the Most High:

40 If they shall confess their iniquity, and the iniquity of their
fathers, with their trespass which they trespassed against Me,
and that also they have walked contrary unto Me41 and that I
also have walked contrary unto them, and have brought them
into the land of their enemiesif then their uncircumcised
hearts are humbled, and they then accept of the punishment of
their iniquity: 42 then I will remember My Covenant with
Yaacov, and also My Covenant with Yitschak, and also My
Covenant with Abraham I will remember; and I will remember
the Land. Leviticus 26:40-42

47
Malachi 3:6
48
Hebrews 6:4-8, 10:26-31, 12:25
17

Daniel later attained the required humility/circumcision of heart when he prayed
with fasting before hwhy, wholeheartedly seeking the Most High in the land of
Babel.
49
Servants are characterized by humility. So it is quite instructive when we
see the Hebrew word for servantdbe/ebeddirectly connected with the
Hebrew word for circumcised:

(mv) 76 = (4) d + (2) b + (70) e = dbe/ebed = servant

(mv) 76 = (30) l + (6) w + (40) m = lwm = mol = circumcise(-d)
Not coincidentally, both words have a misparim value of 76:

Apart from fasting-derived humility, we will not maintain
the humble, circumcised heart that honors Him the most fully and
that makes us authentic servants of the Most High.

hwhy had long-since warned ancient Yisrael that fullness would lead to them
denying Him and turning away to blatant idolatry:

10 And you shall eat and be full, and you shall bless hwhy your
Elohim for the good land which He has given you. 11 Beware
lest you forget hwhy your Elohim, in not keeping His
commandments, and His ordinances, and His statutes, which I
command you this day: 12 lest, when you have eaten and are
full, and have built goodly houses, and dwelt therein; 13 and
when your herds and your flocks multiply, and your silver and
your gold are multiplied, and all that you have is multiplied; 14
then your heart is lifted up, and you forget hwhy your Elohim,
who brought you forth out of the land of Egypt, out of the house
of bondage Debarim/Deuteronomy 8:10-14

So while fullness would lead to the pride of an uncircumcised heartand to
blatantly denying hwhy and being taken out of their Inheritance (precisely what
happened to Yisrael of old)it would take emptiness (fasting) and humility of
heart to turn back to Him and to be restored to the Land of Yisrael. In light of
these things, is instructive to note the misparim value of a phrase we see in
Mishle/Proverbs:

Two things have I asked of You; deny me not before I die:
8 Remove far from me falsehood and lies; give me neither
poverty nor riches; feed me with the food that is needful for me:
9 lest I be full, and deny, and say, Who is hwhy? Or lest I be
poor, and steal, and profane the Name of my Elohim.
Mishle/Proverbs 30:7-9

49
Jeremiah 29:10-14, Daniel 9:1-23
18
The misparim value of the phrase Who is hwhy is rather telling in light of the
fullness/complacency that leads to a heart which is proud, lifted up, and
consequently uncircumcised:
50

hwhy ym
YHWH Mi
YHWH Who (is)

= hwhy ym = Who is YHWH?

(mv) 76 = (5) h + (6) w + (5) h + (10) y + (10) y + (40) m
This arrogance-driven question reveals a heart which openly denies hwhy. And its
misparim value equals 76 (the value for circumcise/circumcised). And why is
this? We believe this is so because it is the exact opposite of the attitude seen in
the humble, circumcised heartthe servants heart which rejoices to exalt the
Most High above all things and which gives Him continual splendor, honor, and
thanksgiving.
t s r q u p e o n m l k y j x z w h d g b a

We should not close this section of the study without considering a prime example
seen in one prophet who fasted before hwhy. He was consequently purified in
heart, and was subsequently blessed to see Him in His great splendor:
Blessed are the pure in heart:
for they shall see Elohim.
Matthew 5:6

Mosheh had already fasted over the space of forty days; he had already greatly
humbled himself before the Most High. Yet the prophet prayed that hwhy would
show him still more of the Light of Eternal splendor.
51
And that prayer was
answered as hwhy allowed Himself to be seen of Mosheh, proclaiming His great
Name before the historic leader of Yisrael:

5 And hwhy descended in the cloud, and stood with him there,
and proclaimed the Name of hwhy. 6 And hwhy passed by before
him, and proclaimed, hwhy, hwhy, an El merciful and gracious,
slow to anger, and abundant in chesed and truth; 7 keeping the
chesed (lovingkindness) for thousands, forgiving iniquity and
transgression and sin; and that will by no means clear the guilty,
visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children, and upon the
childrens children, upon the third and upon the fourth
generation. 8 And Mosheh made haste, and bowed his head
toward the earth, and worshipped. Exodus 34:5-8

50
Leviticus 26:41

51
Exodus 33:18-19
19

When did Mosheh see the cabode/splendor Elohim? This revelation was given to
Mosheh only after he had humbled and purified his heart in the Presence of hwhy,
only after he had sought Him with all his heart via fasting and prayer:

Like Mosheh, many other prophets have
seen visions of Elohim during their times of fasting
seeking hwhy with the whole heart across a time
of mourning, cleansing, and humility.

And the promise of the Messiah still remains:
Blessed are the pure in heart,
for they shall see Elohim.
Matthew 5:6

The War of hwhy Against Amalek and the Uncircumcised
We now arrive at the point in time to discuss the war which hwhy promised He
would have against Amalek from generation to generation.
52
Many have put forth
that Amalek is a type of the flesh. It is said that Amalek represents the flesh. So
does the Word of hwhy give us any direct evidence that such a view is the case?
And what about the promise of hwhy to utterly cut off the remembrance of
Amalek?
53
Have all Amalekites been permanently obliterated at this point in time?
Some have imagined and/or theorized this to be the case. But spiritual theories
will not contribute toward one inheriting the Kingdom. And there are prophecies
involving the physical descendants of Amalek which yet remain unfulfilled. For
example, consider the Ten-Toed Vision of Daniel.
54
That vision involves ten
toespicturing ten nationsand we see those ten nations listed in Tehillim/Psalm
83:
55

Elohim, You do not keep silence: hold not Your peace, and be not still,
Elohim. 2 For, lo, Your enemies make a tumult, and they that hate You have
lifted up the head. 3 They take crafty counsel against Your people, and consult
together against Your hidden ones. 4 They have said, Come, and let us cut them
off from being a nation, that the name of Yisrael may be no more in remembrance.
5 For they have consulted together with one consent; against You do they make a
covenant: 6 The tents of Edom and the Ishmaelites; Moab, and the Hagarites;
7 Gebal, and Ammon, and Amalek; Philistia with the inhabitants of Tyre:
8 Assyria also is joined with them; they have helped the children of Lot.
Tehillim/Psalms 83:1-8

52
Exodus 17:15-16
53
Exodus 17:14
54
In Daniels vision, hwhy revealed to the prophet what Nebuchadnezzar had seen in a previous dream. See Daniel
2:19-45
55
The writer first heard this teaching (of the Ten Toes in Psalm 83) from brother Steve Wagner at the 1994 Sukkot
gathering in Michigan. Blessed be the Name of hwhy: with time, this revelation has only grown, and its truth
continues to be confirmed.
20
Note that we have ten nations here listed. (Since Lot is Moab,
56
we do not count
that nation twice.) Many followers of the Mashiach (including this writer) believe
that while the Psalm 83 text has had a past fulfillment, it will also be as
Shlomo/Solomon wrote:
That which has been is that
which shall be; and that which has been
done is that which will be done
Ecclesiastes 1:9

Spiritual history repeats itself. And if these ten Muslim nations are the Ten Toes
of Daniels vision, then it makes no sense to say that the remembrance of Amalek
has already been permanently cut off from the earth (since his descendants are
named in Psalm 83). And what do the misparim and place value of Amalek
reveal? Below are seen the two calculations:

(pv) 60 = (19) q + (12) l + (13) m + (16) e = qlme = Amalek

(mv) 240 = (100) q + (30) l + (40) m + (70) e = qlme = Amalek
========
(fv) 300

Amalek adds to 300, because he opposes Ruach Elohim (also 300)the Spirit of
Elohimand because he is epitome of the uncircumcised. Recall that we have
shown the Hebrew word for uncircumcised, lre/arel, also adds to 300:

(mv) 300 = (30) l + (200) r + (70) e = lre = arel/uncircumcised
Not only does Amalek (300) represent the uncircumcised (300), but he is the
antithesis of that circumcision of heart which will lead to obedience and life.
Amalek was rebellious, murderous, and he preyed upon the weak.
57
And we recall
the words of Stephanwho told the Sanhedrin they were uncircumcised in heart
and ears:
You stiffnecked and uncircumcised
in heart and ears!
58
You do always resist
Ruach haQodesh:
59
as your fathers did, so do you.
Acts 7:51

So as all men of faith have known, uncircumcised hearts and ears are those which
oppose the Ruach/Spirit of Elohim. They refuse to hear the Word of hwhy. And

56
Genesis 19:36-38
57
Deuteronomy 25:17-19
58
With these words, Stephen was speaking in the Spirit relative to Deuteronomy 10:16.
59
(i.e., the Set Apart Spirit)
21
there is yet another connection which Providence makes between circumcision and
the Spirit. In Hebrew, the word xwr/Ruach/Spirit adds to 214:

(mv) 214 = (8) x + (6) w + (200) r = xwr = Ruach/Spirit
Yet recall the full value of Ruach/Spirit is 107:

(pv) 31 = (12) l + (6) w + (13) m = lwm = mol = circumcise(-d)

(mv) 76 = (30) l + (6) w + (40) m = lwm = mol = circumcise(-d)
========
(fv) 107

But 107 (lwm/mol/circumcise) is a factor of 214 (xwr/Ruach/Spirit):

2 x 107 = 214.

Shalom/Peace and the Circumcised Heart
The greatest need and challenge for any believer is to have unwavering trust in the
faithfulness/emunah of the Most High. For the mind which is filled with His
sovereign love and goodnessand which has the assuredness that nothing can
thwart the Eternal Purpose of hwhythat mind has unbreakable peace/shalom in
the midst of the storm. The Hebrew word for peace is Mwls/shalom and it has a
misparim value of 376:

(mv) 376 = (40) M + (6) w + (30) l + (300) s = Mwls = shalom/peace
Readers will note reversing the last three letters of shalom (Mwl) will result in the
Hebrew word for circumcise/circumcised (lwm). Yet there is an even greater
connection between shalom (Mwl) and circumcise/circumcised (lwm).

Earlier in our meditations, we studied the place value of the phrase which hwhy
declared when swearing by Himself:

As I live forever.

This was the phrase seen in the Song of Mosheh:
60

Mlel ykna yx
l e ol am Anoki Chai
to the I Live
Ages

We now derive the full value of this phrase. While its place value (107) is
equivalent to the full value (fv) of the Hebrew word lwm/molmeaning
circumcise/circumcisedits full value (fv) makes a special connection with another
significant Hebrew word:

60
Deuteronomy 31:30-32:44 (verse 40, in particular)
22

(pv) 107 = (13)M + (12)l + (16)e + (12)l + (10)y + (11)k + (14)n + (1)a + (10)y + (8)x

(mv) 269 = (40)M + (30)l + (70)e + (30)l + (10)y + (20)k + (50)n + (1)a + (10)y + (8)x
========
(fv) 376

Yet 376 was just seen to be the misparim value (mv) for Mwls/shalom/peace.
There is great shalom and rest that comes from the work of the Spirit and
circumcision of heart. And there is great shalom and rest in knowing that He who
lives forever is also the Sovereign, Eternal King:

He will bring forth to life all those who have ever lived;
and He will be a Righteous Judge in settling all accountsgiving
to every man, according to what he has done.
61

We can trust that hwhy will rectify all the wrongs and He will reward/exalt His
servants who have suffered persecution in this life for doing His will.

Who Will See and Reflect the Cabode/Splendor of hwhy?
Mosheh prayed to be shown the dwbk/cabode/splendor of hwhy and not only was
that prayer answered, but the prophet subsequently reflected the splendor of
Elohim before all Yisrael. We should ponder the context around the account of
Mosheh praying to be shown the Light of Eternal splendor; here is part of the
context:

18 And he said, Show me, I beseech You, Your cabode/splendor.
19 And He said, I will make all My goodness pass before you, and will
proclaim the Name of hwhy before you; and I will be gracious to whom I
will be gracious, and will show compassion on whom I will show compassion.
20 And He said, You cannot see My Face; for man shall not see Me and live.
21 And hwhy said, Behold, there is a place by Me, and you shall stand upon
the rock: 22 and it shall come to pass, while My cabode/splendor passes by,
that I will put you in a cleft of the rock, and will cover you with My hand
until I have passed by: 23 and I will take away My hand, and you
shall see My back; but My Face shall not be seen.
Exodus 33:18-23

What was/is/remains the requirement for seeing the splendor of hwhy? Do we
imagine that Mosheh was granted his request without cost? Or could we safely
suppose that this revelation was given without any connection to his heartfelt
obedience? We have seen that only the pure/circumcised in heart may see
Elohim.
62
Now notice the major requirement which Mosheh had to meet to be
shown the great splendor of hwhy:

61
Psalms 62:11-12, Revelation 22:12
62
Matthew 5:8, Romans 2:28-29 > Psalm 73:1 > John 1:47
23
And hwhy said to Mosheh, You hew two tables of stone
like the first: and I will write upon the tables the words that were
on the first tables, which you broke. 2 And be ready by the morning;
and come up in the morning to Mount Sinai, and present
yourself there to Me on the top of the mountain.
Exodus 34:1-2

To see the splendor of hwhy, Mosheh would not only have to be prepared to
receive the Torah upon the two tablets, he would have to be ready to receive that
Torah upon his heart. So after seeing the cabode of hwhy, Mosheh remained there,
communing with hwhy for forty days in fasting and prayer:

And he was there with hwhy forty days and forty nights;
he did neither eat bread, nor drink water. And He wrote upon
the tables the words of the covenant, the Ten Words.
Exodus 34:28

Translations generally write, And he wrote upon the tables Notice our
translation employs a capital H:

He wrote upon the tables

Many today claim Mosheh was required to write out the Ten Words this second
time (since he had broken the first ones
63
), but that contradicts the very Word of
hwhy which He had spoken earlier in Exodus 34:1 (indicating He would be the One
to write them out).

So what does the Word reveal about the splendor of hwhy? What does the Spirit
reveal about the splendor of hwhy via the Hebrew misparim/numbers? Below, we
show the phrase hwhy dwbk/cabode hwhy/splendor of hwhy; note the place value
(above the letters), the misparim value (below the letters), and the full value (below
the double line):

(pv) 49 = 26 + 23
5 6 5 10 4 6 2 11
hwhy dwbk
5 6 5 10 4 6 2 20
(mv) 58 = 26 + 32
========================================
(fv) 107 = 52 + 55

Is it any coincidence that the full value of this phrase is 107 (which is also the full
value of lwm/mol/circumcise/circumcised)? Like Moshehwho saw the splendor

63

Who Will Enter Into the Land Flowing With Milk and Honey?
We should give considerable thought to the promise of hwhy that Yisrael would
inherit the Land flowing with milk and honey. For the promise made to ancient
Yisrael (that they would inherit the Land) is not unrelated to the promised
inheritance of age-abiding life in the Mashiach.
67
It is of great significance that
one place in which hwhy spoke of the Land flowing with milk and honey
68
was
immediately before The Shema,
69
the greatest commandment in all of the Torah:

Hear therefore, Yisrael, and observe to do it;
that it may be well with you, and that you may increase
mightily, as hwhy, the Elohim of your fathers, has promised
to you, a land flowing with milk and honey.
Deuteronomy 6:3

The Shema begins in the very next verse (Deuteronomy 6:4). In Hebrew, the
phrase a land flowing with milk and honey, looks like this:

Sbdw blx tbz Ura
udavash chalav zebat eretz
and honey milk flowing (a) land
(with)

Also note, this marks the first occurrence of this phrase in Debarim/Deuteronomy.
Recall the many ways we have seen the number 107 associated with this Fifth
Book of the Torah. Just as was just done with the phrase the splendor of hwhy,
we now show the number values for a land flowing with milk and honey.

To our amazement, the full value for this phrase is 1177an exact multiple of 107;
and 107 is the full value for lwm/mol/circumcise/circumcised:

11 x 107 = 1177
And is there a connection between the chosen nation being circumcised and
entering Eretz Yisrael, the Land of Promise? There is. What had to happen before
Yisrael could enter into the Land? Yehoshua ben Nun was directed to circumcise
them in flesh on the other side of the Yarden/Jordan.
70
And what had to occur for
Yisrael to be able to remain in the Land of their Inheritance? They had to uphold
the Torah; they must exhibit circumcision of heart. For hwhy had given them early
and repeated warnings that disobedience would result in our forefathers being
expelled from the Land. Rebellion against the Torah is evidence of an
uncircumcised heart, and in their disobedience, Yisrael was thrust out of the
Land:
71

Because of their prolonged condition of an uncircumcised heart,
as Scriptures clearly stated, the Land spewed out Yisrael of old,
and they were carried into captivity throughout many pagan lands.

So let no one imagine that there will be acceptance into the Promised Inheritance
of age-abiding life apart from the circumcision of heart produced by Ruach
Elohim/the Spirit of Elohim.
72

Perhaps You Will Be Hidden in the Day of the Anger of hwhy
Many believers today operate under the premise that, once we have set forth on a
life of repentance toward Elohim and of faith in the shed blood of the Mashiach,
there is really nothing more to do to secure a place of reward and honor in the
1000-year Millennial Reignthe Era of Rule for eSwhy the Messiah and the Time
that will commence the Messianic Rule/Messianic Ages. Yet attaining to the
reward of what Shaul called the out resurrection from the dead
73
is something
that even he did not know had been achieved/attained to until he had lived a life
that hwhy could account as faithful.
74
Shaul knew that even he could be
rejected
75
and that, if such a thing occurred, he would lose the opportunity to enter
in and that he would fail to partake in the great rewardthe resurrection of the

hwhy warned Yisrael they would be thrust out of the Land, cast out of His sight for profaning the Shabbat and
spurning His Torah (Leviticus 26:27-34, Deuteronomy 4:23-28, 28:64, 1Kings 9:7, 2Kings 17:20, 23:27,
2Chronicles 7:20, Jeremiah 7:1-15, 9:16, 13:24, 15:1-4, 17:19-27, 18:17). And Daniel spoke of that very thing
during his prayer of confession while Yisrael was still in Babylonian captivity: Daniel 9:11, 13 And even when
Yisael had been brought back from Babylon, Nehemiah warned the people that yet more wrath would come upon
the nation for profaning the Shabbat. Nehemiah 13:15-18

body at the return of the Messiah. This emissary was keenly aware of the words of
eSwhy that many would seek to enter in and would not be able:

24 Strive to enter in by the narrow door:
for many, I say to you, shall seek to enter in,
and shall not be able.
Luke 13:24

This sobering text is not talking about salvation; it is speaking of reward and
inheritance. Many will lose their reward
76
and inheritance
77
in the Kingdom
because of anti-Torah lawlessness. Because of these words, spoken by eSwhy,
Shaul would later write of the possibility that he could be rejected andlike the
five foolish virgins who had been shut out of the Marriage Feast
78
he, too, would
be shut out and fail to enter into the Kingdom at the outset of the Millennium. The
Messiah continues on this matter:

25 When once the Adon/Master of the house has risen up, and
has shut to the door, and you begin to stand without, and to
knock at the door, saying, Adon/Master, open to us; and He shall
answer and say to you, I know you not whence you are; 26 then
you will begin to say, We did eat and drink in your Presence, and
You did teach in our streets; 27 and He will say, I tell you, I
know not whence you are; depart from Me, all you workers of
iniquity/lawlessness. 28 There shall be the weeping and the
gnashing of teeth, when you shall see Abraham, and Yitschak,
and Yaacov, and all the prophets in the Kingdom of Elohim, and
yourselves cast forth without. 29 And they shall come from the
east and west, and from the north and south, and shall sit down
in the Kingdom of Elohim. 30 And behold, there are last who
shall be first, and there are first who shall be last. Luke 13:25-30

Those who will fail to enter in are cast out because they have practiced anti-Torah
lawlessness. And since practicing lawlessness is equivalent to having an
uncircumcised heart, we again ponder the solution which was seen in an earlier
section on fasting and humility of heart. Generally speaking, those who humble
themselves before hwhy are accounted as the last and the lowest in this present
world age:
And behold, there are last who shall be first,
and there are first who shall be last.
Luke 13:30

76
Matthew 5:17-20, 1Corinthians 3:14-15
77
Psalm 61:5, 69:36, Zephaniah 3:12

. Those who overcome will possess the Kingdom; they will have a Land
inheritance. Daniel 7:18,22, Matthew 5:5

78
Matthew 25:1-13
27
So we relate these things to fasting derived meekness and humilityand to the
promise that yet remains of being hidden in the Day of the Anger of hwhy.

We have seen from the Song of Mosheh, and from the Word of Elohim through
Yirmeyahu/Jeremiah, that hwhy will draw out His Sword of Vengeance on the
uncircumcised in these Last Days. Yet we hear the very same thing from the
prophet Tzephanyah (Zephaniah). This may not be clear, initially, but we will be
amazed and awed over what the Spirit reveals from this text:

Seek hwhy, all you meek of the earth, that His
judgments have done. Seek righteousness, seek meekness:
perhaps you will be hidden in the day of the anger of hwhy.
Tzephanyah/Zephaniah 2:3

In Hebrew, the last line of the above text looks like this:

hwhy - Pa Mwyb wrtot ylwa
YHWH af b yom t i saht - r oo oo- l ai
YHWH anger in the you will perhaps
(of) day(of) be hidden

The Hebrew misparim/numbers within these words will only confirm what we
have been teaching throughout the present study:

When the Day of Wrath is upon us, the only issue
that counts will be whether or not the Most High has
reckoned us to be circumcised before Him.

Beginning with the word ylwa \ oo-lai \ perhaps, we note its misparim/number
values:

(pv) 29 = (10) y + (12) l + (6) w + (1) a = ylwa =oo-lai = perhaps

(mv) 47 = (10) y + (30) l + (6) w + (1) a = ylwa =oo-lai = perhaps
============
(fv) 76

ylwa \ oo-lai \ perhaps has a value which is equivalent to the misparim value
of mol/circumcised:

(mv) 76 = (30) l + (6) w + (40) m = lwm = mol = circumcise(-d)
This Hebrew word for perhaps being equivalent to 76 is so fitting because
Shaul warned believers that their circumcision could become uncircumcision.
79

Those who turn aside to lawlessness will not stand approved. Since ylwa\oo-
lai\perhaps equals 76 ( as does lwm/mol/circumcised), it shows us that, while a

79
Romans 2:25
28
promise remains of entering into His rest, it is still incumbent upon the believer to
seek hwhy to keep from falling short of His expectations. And this relates back to
the many warnings given by the Messiah and His emissaries which were pondered
at the outset of this section:

Many will seek to enter in and shall not be able.
Like the foolish virgins, they had not the oil of His
Name/Spirit to walk in the light at all times.

Simply put: No one is a shoo-in to the Kingdom. Yet there is also a telling
connection between circumcision and the last two words of the phrase hwhy-Pa \
the anger of hwhy. These two words have a misparim value which is equivalent to
107the full value (fv) of mol/circumcised:

= hwhy - Pa = the anger of YHWH

107 = (5) h + (6) w + (5) h + (10) y + (80) P + (1) a
And we show how this 107 matches the full value of lwm\mol/circumcised:

(pv) 31 = (12) l + (6) w + (13) m = lwm = mol = circumcise(-d)

(mv) 76 = (30) l + (6) w + (40) m = lwm = mol = circumcise(-d)
========
(fv) 107

The anger of hwhy is always stirred in relation to the issue of circumcision.
80
And
when the burning Vengeance of hwhy is finally made known in these Last Days, it
will be through the glittering Sword which He has sworn by Himself to draw out
after the uncircumcised who have persecuted His people, Yisrael. We read this
oath, once more, spoken of in the very last lines of the Song of Mosheh:
81

40 For I lift up My hand to heaven, And say, I Live to the
Ages:(107) 41 If I whet the lightning of My sword, and My
hand takes hold on judgment, I will render vengeance to My
adversaries, and will recompense those that hate Me. 42 I will
make My arrows drunk with blood, and My sword shall devour
flesh; with the blood of the slain and the captives, from the head
of the leaders of the enemy. 43 Rejoice, you nations, His people:
for He will avenge the blood of His servants, and will render
vengeance to His adversaries, and will cover/atone for His Land,
His people. Deuteronomy 32:40-43

80
Exodus 4:24-26, Psalm 7:11-12
81
Deuteronomy 31:30-32:44
29
The Hebrew of verse 40 (I Live to the Ages) is given, once more, along with its
place value:

Mlel ykna yx
l e ol am Anoki Chai
to the Ages I Live

Remember, the place value of this phrase is equivalent to the full value (fv) of the
Hebrew word lwm/mol/circumcised (107), as well as the misparim value (mv) of
phrase anger of hwhy (107):
18 = (10) y + (8) x
36 = (10) y + (11) k + (14) n + (1) a
53 = (13) M + (12) l + (16) e + (12) l
===========
(pv) 107
In Hebrew, the word seek is fasting-related.
82
So when hwhy holds forth the
possible promise of being hidden in the Day of His Wrath/Anger, we realize His
favor will only be upon an afflicted people:
83

Seek hwhy, all you meek of the earth,
that His judgments have done. Seek righteousness,
seek meekness: perhaps you will be hidden
in the day of the anger of hwhy.
Tsephaniah 2:3

Closing Thoughts
This world has yet to see the wrath of hwhy fully vented. But we are told a time is
coming in which the Most High will be so stirred to Apocalyptic anger that even
the mighty man will weep bitterly in fear, despair, and absolute defeat.
84
When
His patience, at long last, comes to an end, many of worlds inhabitants will regret
having missed an opportunity to believe although they had never seen.

Those who are inclined to persecute the people of the Most High will do well to
reconsider, to repent, and to quickly side with the King of Heaven and Earth. For
hwhy will surely draw out His Sword upon all those who are uncircumcised; His
chesed demands, requires Him to do so. When hwhy arises to make known his
