CAMPISA inflatable dock shelter for dock level loading bays for energetic saving and better working conditions
CAMPISA inflatable dock shelter is the best solution for insulating and improving the working environment. It can be rapidly inflated with a fan and it creates a perfect insulation between the vehicle and the loading bay, sheltering from cold, rain, wind and also dust and humidity. The dock shelter is made by polyester fabric PVC covered, a material resisting to hot temperatures and bad weather conditions.
The pneumatic dock shelter is to be inflated only when the vehicle is in loading position. The fan can be switched off at the end of the operations and the cushion will rapidly retract to let the vehicle go.

FROM 30 YEARS CAMPISA EXPERIENCE, THE MOST ADVANCED INFLATABLE DOCK SHELTER technical description
Dimensions
Width 3400, height 4750, depth 1000 mm for vehicles between 2100 and 2600 mm wide. Free dimensions inside the inflated parts: 2000 width, 3000 mm height from ground.
Functioning
The vehicle freely enters the retracted dock shelter. Ground guides for centring the vehicle are strongly suggested for granting functionality and dock shelter protection from collisions. Once docked the vehicle, the fan is switched on and the pneumatic shelter inflates in short the three cushions that perfectly adhere to the vehicle sides, sealing out the outer atmosphere, air streams and weather conditions. The fan is switched off at the end of the operations and the cushions retract to rest position by ropes and counter-weights as to clear the vehicle.
The construction
The dock shelter bearing frame is made of 40 mm thick insulated panels. Roof and vertical structures fixed to the wall with expansion screws (remark: the wall must hold bolts). Ribbed roof for side water draining. Inflatable side cushions on vertical panels.
