TITLE: DESKTOP BUILD GUIDE (DBG)

Audience information
Age - Will range in age from about 15 to 45. Gender - Both male and female. Physical limitations - Everyone except blind people. Computer/IT skills - Computer Literate. Know how to use computer and surf internet. Motivation - The website attract user who like to build desktop for gaming, works or both. This website will give hardware specification based on costumer budget.

Purpose statement
Build a website to help user to find the right specification based on their budget.

Objective statement
1) Easier for user to find desktop hardware. 2) Give user suggestion to build desktop depend on their budget. 3) Give up-to-date information about computer hardware.

Methodology

Planning Phase The planning phase is the earliest phase will be the development of a project. The planning phase is expressly describes the process, activity - different activities to be done to complete each activity within a project. The main purpose of this phase is to design the overall structure of the project to be developed. In this phase, the focus is given to the collection of information needed for development projects in addition to held discussion with the supervisor. Based on the literature review and the information was obtained, the determination done on the selection of topics , the search for an idea, identify the scope and importance of the project to guide the scope , objectives, information and software and hardware requirements needed to develop this project . In addition, we have been looking for information to identify the weaknesses and advantages of the site with the site that we develop. Analysis Phase Analysis phase is the second phase of the SDLC methodology, the activities performed in this phase is to gather as much information as possible related to the site to be developed. Gathering information from a survey conducted with observations for other websites on the internet. Information that has been collected will reviewed then it will be developed. In this analysis phase, gather important information to be analyzed to assess whether the site will be developed according to the taste or convenience of the users. This phase also requires more extensive studies of existing sites. After determination of the requirements set , the discussions will be held to determine the priorities for the system to be developed. Problems that may occur during the system development process can also be identified. The Design Phase The third phase in the design phase of the SDLC methodology will be based on decisions made during the analysis phase. Normally, in the design phase, there are three processes to be implemented, including the design of interfaces for web site development, design input on the design possibilities available and what products will be displayed and the last activity is to design the database. Coding and Testing Phase Coding and testing phase is the fourth phase of the SDLC methodology. There are two activities that will be implemented upon completion of the design phase of the website. The first activity in this phase is the activity of coding or programming to create a real construction site using the chosen programming language and usually the site will be tested to ensure it is free of syntax errors in program syntax error or runtime error when

the project is implemented. Phase testing will only be done if the sites are developed free from any error. Some changes will be made if there is improvement or lack of on-site as required or desired by the user. Maintenance Phase Maintenance phase is the last phase of the SDLC methodology. This phase will be passed when it has been through the first phase to the third phase which is repeated several times and the testing will done when it free from errors. If there are any problems on the site, the system will be improved and the improvements made to support the needs of the user.
