The Principles of a Good Teacher Practices have become a major resources for teaching and learning in higher education, those principles are considerable as an important tools with multiple capabilities to transmit different way to learn, with the objective to improve student`s skill and the relation among teacher- student. Nevertheless in or country fewer teachers are applying these principles, but responsible teachers are using it for get better result. When you use different way to teach, student will fell more motivate to want to learn, to see a new stuff, new methodology, in this way, you are helping students improve his/her potential. Some up dated teachers are applying these principle of a good teacher practices together with the technologies, to get student`s attention. In the paper it describes how you may put those principles in areal environment it says what and how you going to use some of those principles into your practice. PRINCIPLES OF GOOD TEACHING PRACTICE 1. Good practice encourages interaction between students and faculty

CONCEPTS

DEVELOPMENT WHAT AND HOW ARE YOU GOING TO DO IT.? The Teacher concern helps students get through rough times and keep on working. In this case the objective is, encourage interaction between both and produce spoken and written English. I as a teacher will like to ask abouttheir personalgoals, dreams and wishesto know about his/her life especially with shy students who are not like to ask questions or challenge directly with the teacher. One strategic that teacher use to get the participation from all the group is make and use, a horseshoes, it helps students to feel less shame with the teacher, using a discussion club and/or use power point presentation, toshows them some personal questions that they have to answer in an oral and written way. So teacher has to provides necessary tools to try to change student attitude

Student-faculty contact in and out of class is a most important factor in student motivation and involvement. Faculty concern helps students get through rough times and keep on working.

2. Good practice encourages interaction and collaboratio n between students.

Working with others often increases involvement in learning. Sharing one's ideas and responding to others improves thinking and deepens understanding.

As a technological teacher is a good idea develop the class on Facebook; the topic will be HolidaysandCelebrations in the country. The objective is to shame information of historical andCultural value of the country. Describing festivities, customs andTraditions, teacher will make some groups (member`s group going to depend how many student I am having in the class) so I will ask to every groupthat has to interchange information in Facebookwiththe other groups or teacher can usepublic student presentation or use a discussion topic. Furthermore, teacher has the opportunity (if hi/she wants)to give more emphasis in some cases that does not clear for a better understanding, in this way, teacher motive to encourage interaction and collaboration between students and they can develop different skills. It kind of activity the teacher can name collaborative learning

3. Good practice uses active learning techniques.

Learning is not a spectator sport. Students do not learn much just sitting in classes listening to teachers, memorizing prepackaged assignments, and spitting out answers. They must talk about what they are learning

Students have the necessity to know different kind of vocabulary for get in use but student not only need theory, teacher instructions in this case they need the practices in a real way. Thereby teacher into the classroom to apply this principle for example can to develop the weather with the objective using specific vocabulary and structures in order to communicate in the target language. In my case I will like show them some pictures for explain the weather, you can use the data show, after that students are capable to type the name of every of the weather in my computer, also they have to write some sentences using the simple present and the simple past and as the last activity students going to make short dialogues about it.

4. Good practice emphasizes time on task.

Learning to use one's time well is critical for students and professionals alike.

As a responsible teacher I always go to use the schedulewhere is stipulated the greeting, topic name, some activities for student, the time that they can use to develop those activities, the time to answer`s students etc. With this action student will have a better learning and of course they will realize that their teacher always prepare the classes and I will not improvise into the classroom, thus teacher show them that he/she always has time for his/ her students because is a professional. Is well-known that teacher has to makes student`s feedback as soon as possible to know student`s weakness, in order to provide a possible solution. Nowadays teacher can interchange to students some name of website, show them some videos from YouTube or use some strategies for get a better understanding. In this case I could developed into the classthe adjectives, so for trade make student`s feedback I can do it playing, first make a circle to play the spiders web this activity consist in who has the ball of wool has

5. Good practice gives prompt feedback.

In classes, students need frequent opportunities to perform and receive feedback on their performance. Students need chances to reflect on what they have learned.

to say one adjective(student cannot repeat the same adjective). And make a little sentence with the same adjective.

6. Good practice communicat es high expectations.

Expect more and you will get it. High expectations are important for everyone - for the poorly prepared, for those unwilling to exert themselves, and for the bright and well-motivated.

The teacher knows what kind of student has and he/she is waiting change from student`s kill they have to work so hard to change. So I will like to create a conversation club in ordertoget their best job. I am going to use themotivation, because Iknow my student`s potential, I have to be positive for show it them, because they are capable to realize their goals, their have to do their best effort.

7. Good practice respects diversitytalents, experience, and ways of learning.

Students need opportunities to show their talents and learn in ways that work for them. Then they can be pushed to learn in new ways that do not come so easily.

A responsible teacher has the obligation to know different ways of learning. I, as teacher need to know different method, techniques and strategies that I could apply into the class with my student, it going to help me to know in which areas my students show advantages for try to improvehis/her skills andalso know in which areas my

students have disadvantages, in this case I have the duty to be up dateteacher use different kind of exams, virtual exams, oral activities, written activities. With the objective to help each student in his/her learning.

TEACHING DESIGNING

In following papers you can see how you are going to design your Teaching Practice, of course you have to base on the approaches, methodology, methods, strategies and techniques that it will be defined your teaching style. As professionals teachers we have to know about, what we want to teach?Because, in El Salvador students learn English as a foreign-language (EFL) in this case, teachers have to be careful with the approach, methodology, strategies and techniques that they as a teacher going to use to transmit their English`s knowledge with his/her teaching style, it refers to the manner in which a teacher manages the classroom environment, its mean that aneffective teaching means creating effective learning. I will use the English as EFL, I am going to use a communicative approach, with itI will develop in my student communicative competences, with this approach students are capable to develop their skill (listen, speak, read and write). Now that I have the approach a need to select the best method (all method have the objective to help students learning) in my case I going to use some of them. If I give my student a paragraph about Biographies of SalvadoranPersonalities i going to use the Grammar translation Method, because they have to translate the target language into their native language, in this case studentscan know about grammar structure, the technique that I will use is reading and comprehension questions with it students talk about someones life use a newvocabulary and they know about grammar rules, and they can improve their reading also Fill-inthe blanks. And the strategic will be a horseshoes it makes feel less shy my students. A interesting method that I going to us is The Direct Method, hire the teacher use always the target language and student too, teacher can use the Rialia, I can use different kind of tool that help me to develop the class and for better understanding of students, if student has a question teacher can answer using pictures, objects, paper, blackboard, drawing, etc . Some techniques that I will use are: conversations practice, dictation, questions and answer exercise all those tools help to student and teacher to have a better learning and at the same time it

method helps to develop students reading, listen skill and teacher can corrects a grammar mistake. Another method to use is total physical response When Teachers are teaching a second language they use this method to make the students learning process turns easier, especially those students who do not have a pre-knowledge about a certain topic, this method makes them to comprehend in a better way the language about any topic. They are following some commands or instructions that teachers give to them and they are learning some words by performing the action. This really interesting and funny at the same time, when teachers apply this method, students learn in an entertaining way through repeating some actions and movements after the teacher does and also it helps to memorize easily many words and you can encourage with his/her students. An interesting thing is that students can learn through observing actions. Some techniques that teacher can implement are use commands use of Total Physical Response method in the classroom is pretty important because it facilitates the learning process, and the teacher uses a series of activities in which the students play different roles, following intrusions that help to their comprehension part.. Also you can use all the method that exists. As a technological teacher you have to use the technology for develop your class in a different way, its define your stilly one of them is get the class and give it trough the internet using the computer, it is a innovate way to teach your student, because teacher always use a traditional ways and students dont have the necessity to see all the time to the teacher for that reason was born e-learning and blended learning. We all ready know that e-learning exploits interactive technologies and communication systems to improve the learning experience. It has the potential to transform the way we teach and learn across the board. It can raise standards, and widen participation in lifelong learning. It cannot replace teachers and lecturers, but alongside existing methods it can enhance the quality and reach of their teaching. With it exist the flexibility, student can learn in any time and any places, use interactivity, and give students motivation they use a multimedia resources, for them it is interesting. Blended learning, the teaching practice that combines teaching methods from both face-to-face and online learning, is an established, rapidly growing

instructional model that is proving highly effective in helping schools and districts address the challenges of student achievement, limited resources, and the expectations of 21st century learners. Students want control of their own learning. So teacher has the obligation to be constantly capacitating in technological are, for give students and parents the best education that he/ she is capable to offer.
