From the Hesped (Eulogy) given by Rabbi Moshe Pinchas Lipshitz,

Rabbi of Mekor Chaim Petah Tikvah, at the funeral of Jane
Freedman of blessed memory, 10th Adar A 5714, February 10th 2014.
Dressed with strength and glory, she laughed until her last day
(Proverbs 31)
Jane died with a laugh on her face even on the last day. This is not a
verse about the wearing of clothes. Rather it is about the good virtues
which a person has, because good virtues are his clothes.
As stated in the verse (Job Chapter 29, verse 14) "Righteousness I
wore and it clothed me like a cloak and a turban of my justice
Attire is righteousness because virtues are what encompass a person as
if they are his clothes.
Will laugh on the last day Our sages say in Avot de-Rabbi Natan
(clause 1 chapter 25), He would say that he who dies laughing it is a
".good sign for him
Until the last moments Jane beamed and smiled at everyone coming to
visit her. Despite the agony and the pain even yesterday at night we
went to visit her and she was on her deathbed, we will remember her
from the smile. I am sure that her smile came out from within her; it was
.not a show but the light of her face pure and internal

Our sages tell us (Tractate Ketubot page 111: B) : "R. Jochanan said :
Better is he who show the whiteness of his teeth to his friend than
feeding him milk as it is said, teeth whiter than milk, do not read white
.teeth but whitening of teeth
Meaning: He who brightens his face and shows his friend a smiling face
which is a sign of love and fondness, when he smiles showing his teeth,
he is greater than someone who gives his friend milk to drink, or he who
.gives him food
.Jane was strong in this with a smile that brightened her face
Jane was also a benefactor with her body and with her resources,
volunteering and helping those who were in need. But above all there
was her smile, displaying her bright teeth to others, and receiving every
.person with a welcoming look
:Therefore it can be said
Dressed with strength and glory, she laughed until her last day
.Gratitude is one of the most important values of Judaism
He who does not know gratitude is called evil and he who shows
.gratitude his value is very great
Jane knew to find goodness in everything. She always used to say that
she thanked the Almighty, thanked Him that she merited to live for
twenty-five years after the illness was diagnosed, thanked Him that she
was granted to establish a home, to be a mother, thankfull that she had
.friends, thankfull that she lived in Eretz Yisrael and more and more
.(She who knows to be grateful she is a Tsadikah (righteous person
.May she be an advocate for her family and for all of Israel
.May her soul be bound in the the bond of Life
