I-Introduction
Goat is A hardy domesticated ruminant mammal that has backward-curving horns and (in the is kept for its milk and meat, and noted for its lively behaviour. However, unlike sheep, their ancestry is fairly clear. The major contributor of modern goats is the Bezoar goat which is distributed from the mountains of Asia Minor across the Middle East to Sind. Goats easily revert to feral or wild condition given a chance. In fact, the only domestic species which will return to a wild state as rapidly as a goat is the domestic cat. Mr. Ricky Guillermo is the owner of the goat backyard raising where, I conducted the interview. It is started when my Tito Jose buy 2 kids to raise and sell. Then when my father and my tito had a conversation one time my tito told my father that raising goat is soeasy to gain money, and not so heavy in work. Then my tito discuss different aspects in goat raising. After that my father try it. He buy 2 kids to raise, then when it grow up it multiply and multiply. He sell thebillyand kept the doe. He buy also a male goat for breedingpurposed. Today we have 4 doe, 1 Male breeder goat, and 6 kids.

MANAGEMENT

BIOSECURITY
Good biosecurity is a vital part of keeping disease away from your animals. But since Mr. Monato had a just small free range cattle farming the biosecurity of his farm is not that complete like the other huge farm. In his biosecurity program he just made a fence, for keeping the animals, and to prevent other animals spread, and carry disease. When there is an animals that has a disease he automatically separate it and put in into other place, so that the other animals will not infected by the disease. About their manure, he put it into the bag (sako) and he use it as a fertilizer, and sometimes the student in PSU(Infanta) get the manure, for their study they also use it for fertilizer.

DISEASE PREVENTION

Our goats didnt yet encounter any kind of disease so we just give them a feeds that can provide vitamins and minerals.

III-Result, Operation, Experiment

RESULTS
Back when then, when they family business is a cattle farming, their parents afford to send them to school, they all finish a colleges degree, there five hectares farm become ten, and now become more bigger, they also have a piggery farm in which they attention was now focus, that is the results of the hard works of his parents.

OPERATION
A cow-calf operation is a method that Mr. Monato is using, he raising beef cattle in which a cow is kept to produce calves for sale. Cow-calf operations generally raise their stock primarily on pasture and other forms of roughage rather than grain feeds though they may provide vitamin and mineral supplementation. Their ten hectares farm is wide enough for his cattles so he is using cord so they will not lose.

EXPENCES
Water Veterinary medicines Feeds/Supplements Labor Maintenance of pasture field

VI- DISCUSSION
There are money in goats and it is true, if you have the necessary guts and equipments needed for starting a goat raising business.First thing you need to know is the different kinds of goat breeds you can raise in the Philippines, well choosing the right breed is crucial and in order to reach the maximum potential earnings you must make the right choice Goat raising is one of the most simple, low-cost food production projects that a Filipino can get involved in. Because of the rising cost of commercial feeds these days, goats have become one of the most economical alternatives for meeting the protein needs of Filipino families. Goats require low maintenance because they eat tree leaves, grasses, weeds, and agricultural by-products. Goats require less feed than cows and carabaos. There are several other advantages of raising goats in the farm or backyard. To begin with, you need only a small starting capital to start a goat project. Secondarily, more goats can be raised per hectare than cattle; they also multiply faster than cattle or carabaos

Lack of water (because that is in the hills he need to bring a water) Low level of herd improvement Non identification of animal health problems (because he dont have a vet) Poor reproductive performance Lack of resources for veterinary staff

Lack of experience and education Long calving intervals Lack of resources to train/provide extension workers

OPPORTUNITIES
Easy to sell the animals The price of the goat increase Tax free Dont consume more time
