Installation Preliminaries
Preparing installation tools Make sure that all installation tools are present, including 1 cross screwdriver, 1 pair of diagonal cutting pliers and 1 pair of joint pliers. Checking installation materials Check that all installation materials are present and complete, including 10 redundant fans, five fan cases, 5 M510 screws,10 M416 screws ,10 M4 nuts and 1 user manual.

Installation
Note 1. The utility input and the batteries of the UPS must be disconnected before installing the redundant fans. 2. The cable connection must be made precisely following the instructions. Failure to observe this may damage the UPS and the fans. 1. Shut down the UPS 1) Turn off the load; 2) Push the INVERTER OFF button on the UPS display panel to turn off the inverter. After the UPS switches to the bypass, disconnect the utility input and the batteries of the UPS; 3) Open the UPS door, turn off the switches respectively labeled Q5, Q1, and Q2 in the lower part of the UPS in turn. Wait 5 minutes for the internal bulk capacitors to discharge. 2. Install 5 smaller redundant fans 22, 23, 24, 25 and 26 under the top panel. 1) Screw off the top panel; 2) Hook the five redundant fans on the installation slots on the top panel, fan side with characters facing upward; 3) Connect the fan cables to the five reserved sockets connected from M4-J20. 4) Replace the top panel. 3. Install 5 redundant fans 17, 18, 19, 20 and 21 inside the UPS. 1) Open the UPS door, locate the 5 fans in the middle of the UPS. There are four installation slots on the bottom of each fan case. 3 2) Install the five redundant fans respectively in the five fan cases using ten M416 screws, each with two, fan side with characters facing upward, as shown in Figure 1.

Figure1 Fan & Fan case 3) Hook the five fan cases on the installation slots on the bottom of the original five fan cases, as shown in Figure 2.

Figure 2 Fan installation position 4) Fasten the front sides of the five fan cases respectively to the original five fan cases using five M510 screws, each with one, as shown in Figure 3.

Figure 3 Fasten the front side with a screw 5) Connect the fan cables to the three reserved sockets respectively connected from X2-J11, X2-J12, X2-J13. 4. Connect the utility input and the batteries, and turn on the UPS. Installation is complete.
