Manager, Business Analytics (Financial Analysis)

National Capital Reg - Makati City

Responsibilities:
Business Analysis Generate P&L for Aegis Philippines Analyze & identify the areas of opportunity to reduce cost & increase revenues. Highlight the areas of opportunities with the leadership team along with various pos sible solutions. Work with the cross functional teams to design and implem ent process improvement aimed at increasing the profitability. Ability to do short term and long term planning for the business by determining trend thru segmentation and stratification of large datas ets Analyze revenue leakages & cost leakages in the process against budget and design plan of action to reduce them and improve process efficiency by eliminating NVA from the process . Work with cross functional team m embers and implem ent various new initiatives aimed at improving the profitability. Should have strong inclination towards standardization of the process by developing & building a strong reporting structure. Schedule and run review programs for various businesses with the business leader and provide visibility on the process performance Should have the ability to constantly measure the profitability of the business. Identify the variance if any and resolve the issues by identifying the root cause/drivers behind the variance. Should be able to drive multiple projects at the same tim e to im prove profitability. Team Management Provide guidance to team mem bers for resolving clients queries/grievances on a daily Prepare and generate direct reports pertaining to daily performance of the team. Ensure individual and team goals are always met in a timely manner.

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, Business

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Managem ent, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent. At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Should have experience in business analytics, Project Management, Should have led high impact digitization projects. Should have experience in service industry, BPO is desirable Willing to work night shift Willing to work in Makati City. Full-Tim e position(s) available.
