3 The Sub-Committee will receive a report on the development, review, updating, translation and publication of model courses (HTW 1/3). 4 The Sub-Committee will be invited to validate the new and revised model courses submitted by the Secretariat, Member Governments and international organizations. 18 The Sub-Committee will be invited to consider the report of the correspondence group on training and certification requirements for seafarers for ships using gases or other low-flashpoint fuels (HTW 11/17), together with any other relevant documents submitted to this session and decide accordingly. Agenda item 18 Biennial agenda and provisional agenda for HTW 2 19 The Sub-Committee will be invited to review its biennial agenda, as approved by MSC 92, taking into account the progress made at the session, and to prepare the draft provisional agenda for HTW 2, in accordance with the Committees' Guidelines for approval by MSC 93.
