RP's boyfriend provided plenty of personal information. She claimed to be from the US Census Bureau. The female called last night and asked the RP to provide more information about herself. RP would like an officer to call her back after 5:30 PM today. Narrative: The male called and stated the incident occurred in midFebruary. He is quite confident that the woman was legitimate. She had credentials with her. He believes his girlfriend may have an appointment to meet with her tonight. He could not provide any other information. Narrative: Officer spoke with the downstairs neighbor, Arthur Collis, of 5 Armory, who stated that kids had been playing and a window on the garage had gotten broken by one of the kids. SGT Rice spoke with the upstairs nighbor. Officer spoke with Arites Lloyd who connected me with Sarah Dandy, the mother of Shadaiholizia Dandy, who had heard that her daughter had been involved in the yelling match with the neighbor of 5 Armory. Ms. Gandy stated she would contact the neighbor and pay for the broken window. This appears to a situation where children were playing, and an object got broken. An adult got angry because of this and yelled at the children. Other parents at 4 Armory Street stated that their children were yelled at too.
