General: SRD 100 Model, Skid Mounted Top drive drill rig is designed for drilling in soft and alluvial formations by Auger, Rotary method and undisturbed sample collection by SPT up to a depth of 100 m. All Necessary control and monitoring valves and gauges are installed at control panel located nearer to drilling point for driller convenience : : Hydraulically operated cylinders for rig leveling 80mm/500mm 3 Nos. The Jacks will be Shipped Individually and will be fitted to the plat form at the time of Rig Mounting. Hydraulically operated winch for Drill rod handling 1000 kgf 30m. Hydraulically operated screw pump is used for mud rotary drilling, 120 lpm 8bar Hydraulically operated SPT Hammer attachment will be provided for Standard penetration test. To Perform Core Drilling Operation the Rotary Head Gear box has to be to increased to High Speed and also Rod Handling Attachment should be provided at an Extra Cost. Specification of Core Drilling has to be Provided (NQ, HQ, NW) etc.
