Introduction
EtoE Transportation Training (ETTPL) has originated with a noble mission to generate competent Rail resources for global rail needs. ETTPL provides high-quality, comprehensive training for engineers, graduates and diploma holders who want to enhance/pursue their careers in the Rail sector. With the amount of investments (new projects, new technologies) in Rail/Transit sector increasing world-wide and the gap between supply and demand of skilled workforce widening at an alarming rate, E to E has created an ideal platform to train people and provide an avenue for potential job seekers to find the right job opening. Besides, ETTPL also supports in placement services of highly skilled workforce to the Rail/Transit industry across the globe. To that extent, ETTPL has created a Global Training Academy in Bangalore in partnearship with Sri Adichunchanagiri Shikshana Trust (SAST) at Hesaraghatta with a desire to contribute to India and the word through alleviation of poverty by creating Rail Human Capital. The Rail Village forms perfect conduit for training and including fresh talent into the Rail Transportation sector. SAST ETTPL Rail Village is partnering with various Academic, Government and Industry constituents to add more value to our trainees and provide a Unique, High-Quality training experience. Faculty & Trainers

Rail Village has an impressive lineup of dedicated faculty and trainers who are well qualified and have extensive working experience in the field of their expertise. The Institute is managed by a Principal, who is a Railway expert with more than twenty years of experience. The Principal is assisted with the head of the training who manages the training program and the trainee requirements. The Head of the training is a railway expert with more than fifteen years of experience with special focus on training. A Training Coordinator is nominated for every training program to ensure no lapses occur. The trainers encompass of the following faculties
