Light and innovative design: The new street gullies from KESSEL
The established quality of the standard inspection chambers is now employed in KESSEL street gullies: telescopic adjustable upper sections decouple the traffic load from the inspection chamber and transfer it to the surrounding soil, thus enabling the use of polymer chambers of an optimised weight. With an own weight - depending on the inspection chamber version - of between 10 and 15 kg the handling and in site placement is extremely fast and easy. The one-piece (monolithic) inspection chamber guarantees absolute leak-tightness from the bottom to the top edge and is completely resistant to aging, corrosion, frost and de-icing salt based on the used PE material. An absolute novelty in this field of use is the KESSEL street gully with rat flap that prevents maintenance personnel having to cope with these unpleasant rodent encounters and also operates as a backflow stop.
