75% Along with the Purchase Order and 25% a day before the event. Services taxes will be added according to the government norms. Event Management Service Charges @ 12%.

General:
Guaranteed Number of participants should be communicated to us through mail 1 week in advance to make necessary arrangements. Any change in the submitted final proposal should be communicated immediately to avoid any hassle in future. If there are any changes in the type or number of pax, kindly inform us to customize the proposal.
