Students were asked to develop a TV commercial of 30 second for existing products. This event was organized to provide the practical exposure to the promotion management concepts studied by the students in the marketing management. The event was organized in the seminar hall 2 of the MBA department. the event was conducted on 7th April 2012. Case study Case study is the most sought pedagogy tools development and used in the top business schools. as a part of contest inculcating the culture of developing in house cases and analyzing them, the marketing forum organized one day workshop on how to develop cases. Prof. Prasad Kulkarni briefed the students how to develop the cases. The case study contest was organized for the first and third semester students separately. 17 teams from both classes developed the case on 17 different companies. the event was organized on 5/11/2011 in the MBA seminar hall New product Innovation is the key for organizational growth. development Creativity and innovation skills of the managers make managers to understand create new offering for the markets. Understanding the industry requirement marketing forum organized the event where students can develop new products and showcase their talents. Students were asked to take the Mahindras spark the rise contest as the base and develop the new products in those categories only. Some interesting products were developed by the students and got big accolades from the industry. The event was organized on 11/12/2011 in the MBA seminar hall. Creative Department of management studies and advertisements research conducted advertisement competition for the fourth semester marketing specialization students. Students should select one existing

product of any company and should develop 15 second or 30 second advertisements. The event was conducted on 17/5/2012. Prof. S. N. Khanai was the judge and Mr. Mahesh won the prize for creative advertisements of Fevikwick. Advertisement Marketing forum has organized advertisement development and development and evaluation contest for evaluation marketing students. The participants developed advertisement for existing products using local infrastructure. These advertisements are evaluated by public, students and faculty.Students have developed advertisements on Huyndai, Vodafone, fewikwik, good times, Fevicol, Bret ling, Red bull, Perk and Honda Activa. Vodafone advertisement bagged first prize where as Fewikwik bagged second prize. The event was organized on 7th February 2014. These advertisements are evaluated from 8th February to 12th February.
