The head office is wholly and entirely owned; see attached purchase agreement between us and HFP Engineering, the seller. Also attached is a plan layout of our Lagos head office showing all the workstations, offices, conveniences and other appurtenances. For the purpose of this project, we have an understanding with another indigenous firm, AMBER RESOURCES NIGERIA LIMITED, on whose fabrication facilities based at the address below we are relying on. 2.0 Indigenization Evidence. Beneprojecti Nigeria Limited ia a wholly owned Nigerian company. See attached documents; CAC Form C02 Form C07
3.0 NDT Subcontractor. We shall be relying on the services of BLUEVELD NIGERIA LIMITED of Plot 33 East West Road, Rumuodara, Port Harcourt, Rivers State, a wholly owned indigenous Nigerian company for NDT, PWHT and Mechanical Test. We shall also employ the services of Alifun Catering of Plot 6, Sokoh Estate Road, Off Airport Road, Warri, Delta State. Alifun Catering is a wholly owned Nigerian company.
4.0 Plans to Employ and Train Nigerians. Beneprojecti Nigeria Limited initiative to employ and train Nigerians shall be in the area of training the Nigerian personnel and as a matter of policy, to always execute programmes that shall always guarantee the transfer of technology and specialized skills to Nigerians in the course of her operations. In line with this policy, Beneprojecti Nigeria Limited shall recruit expatriates on specialized job functions and attach indigenous staff to understudy them. This however has been a programme under practice for over 2 years. For cases of repairs and Maintenance of specialized Equipment, Excavators, Cranes etc, expatriate staff shall be employed by Beneprojeti Nigeria Limited, and he shall be supported by the local personnel, whose interest it is to learn the technology. In the course of executing the project, our indigenous personnel shall be sent to several organized trainings, which shall range from Quality Control and Assurance Trainings, Design and special skills in Project management and control. Furthermore Beneprojecti Nigeria Limited shall make provision for regular development of local manpower. Though induction, orientation programmes, workshops, seminars and on the job skill acquisition programmes. The company's regular training programme schedule is as shown on the table below.
