During the period from the 12.02.2014 to 18.02.2014 the discussion were held between the representatives of Hindustan Aeronautics Limited !ngine Division "oraput and the #ublic $oint %toc& 'ompan( )*ussian Aircraft 'orporation )+i,- with regard to different issues pertaining to cooperation between the both parties. .he following issues have been discussed/ 1. .he status of supplies under the signed %upplements to 'ontract 0o.#'"1023433231201 of 18.01.2001. D$te of Signing Tot$" "ine ite#% St$t % of 30th IRSA MTR #5%. 0o. 162 #lunger #10/ 0#102.420 7t(/ 60 0os. supplied against A89 0o/ 1:4;2863 0:23 dt. 22;03;2012 was received in the Division. <t is found that the supplied #lungers are received without circular grooves on the outer surface. Hence the total #lungers were re=ected. Digital photographs of the #lungers as per the technological re>uirement vis;?;vis the supplied ones has alread( sent to *A' +i, vide our mail dt. 26;04;2012. *A' +i, vide their Letter/ 4848;12;2422;2012 dt.14;10;2012 informed that the design of the #lunger changed in 1664 and after that this part was produced without groove. .he *ussian side also indicated the remedial measures. An amount of A%D 106 230 is still outstandingB. According to 8or& protocol of Discussions dt.11;0:;2012 the <ndian side assured that the invoice would be paid b( 13;08;2012. <ndian side informs the *ussian side to eCpedite forwarding of the 9ulletin to enable <ndian side to consider the stand of *ussian side which in;turn will enable the <ndian side to ta&e a decision on the #a(ment..
