AFFIDAVIT OF RETURN OF SERVICE

David Yerushalmi hereby declares and states as follows:

1. I am the attorney of record representing the plaintiffs in the above captioned

matter. I am filing this Affidavit of Return of Service in connection with the

complaint filed in this matter on November 18, 2008.

2. On December 1, 2008, I caused the defendant Ibrahim Hooper (“Hooper”) to

be served by hand service by a private process server (see attached Affidavit

of Charety M. Zhe [“CMZ Aff.”] as Exhibit I).

3. On December 4, 2008, I caused the defendant Parvez Ahmed to be served by

hand service by a private process server (see attached Affidavit of Chris

Gaubatz [“CG Aff.”) as Exhibit II.

Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1746, I declare under penalty of perjury that the foregoing

is true and correct.

Charety M. Zhe hereby declares and states as follows:

1. I, Charety M. Zhe, have been duly authorized to serve the Summons and the

Complaint in the above-captioned matter.

2. That I am at least 18 years old and not a party to this lawsuit.

3. That I made the herein described service of process as a private person.

4. That at approximately 1449 hours on December 1, 2008, at 453 New Jersey

Avenue SE, Washington, DC 20003, at the offices of the Council on American-

Islamic Relations Action Network, Inc., I served the Summons and Complaint

for the defendant Ibrahim Hooper by hand service on Ibrahim Hooper whose

appearance is known to me.

AFFIDAVIT OF CHRIS GAUBATZ

Chris Gaubatz hereby declares and states as follows:

1. I, Chris Gaubatz, have been duly authorized to serve the Summons and the

Complaint in the above-captioned matter.

2. That I am at least 18 years old and not a party to this lawsuit.

3. That I made the herein described service of process as a private person.

4. That at approximately 1250 hours on December 4, 2008, I served the

Summons and Complaint for the defendant Parvez Ahmed by hand service on

an adult woman, dark complexion, about 5’ 1” tall, appearing to be

approximately 40 years of age, wearing a black head covering known as a

hijab, at a residential address at 12346 Winterpine Court, Jacksonville,

Florida 32225.

5. The woman informed me that Parvez Ahmed lived at this residence.

6. The public records also identify 12346 Winterpine Court, Jacksonville,

Florida 32225 as defendant Parvez Ahmed’s personal residence.
