Enter the total amount of private funding that the contractor is required to acquire in order to implement the project. This amount should include all construction costs, contractor G&A, overhead, feasibility/design costs (if these are financed with the project - e.g., ESPCs), profit, any performance bond costs, financing fees required to secure the loan, and any finance charges accumulated during the construction phase of the project LESS the activity funding and incentive funding applied against the contract. In short, this amount should represent how much this project would cost if it was done as a regular project (less, of course, any funding provided up front.). THIS ENTRY SHOULD NOT INCLUDE ANY FINANCING COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE REPAYMENT OF THE LOAN. Enter the amount of any rebate offered by the utility company.
