RESEARCH METHODOLOGY
In any study of research a proper reason of analysis is essential for reaching the goal or an effective solution to the problem. This reasoning can be done in a research study with the help of research methodology. )esearch methodology is a way to systematically solve the problem. It may be understood as a science of studying how research is done scientifically. The present study is on *E++E,TI-E.ESS /+ T)0I.I.1 ")/1)0& $IT2 S"E,I03 )E+E)E.,E T/ ST0TE B0.4 /+ I.5I0 ,/I&B0T/)E6. The research was done to find out the training program provided in the company is effective and useful to set the goals to achieve their objectives. Sample Size The Sample constituted of '(( Employees form State Ban! of India S!"#e$ De%i&' The survey is based on the primary source of data. Three methods of primary data were selected to conduct the study i.e. 7uestionnaire /bservation and "ersonal Interviews methods. Since the statements in the 7uestionnaire and Schedule were #ualitative they are #uantified on a three%point to Six%point Scale. )espondents are as!ed to tic! mar! the appropriate scope on a four%point or six%point continuum. Me()*+ *, Sampli'& There are many sample methods to collect data. The sampling method used is convenient sampling. S*!"-e% *, +a(a
The data has been collected from both "rimary and Secondary sources for the research wor!. P"ima"$ Da(a The primary data is collected with the help of #uestions which consists of closed ended #uestions. The #uestionnaire is chosen for of its simplicity and reliability. )esearchers can expect a straight answer which is directly related to the #uestions as!ed. Interpretation of data under this can also be done correctly. It helps the responded to understand the significance and answer reliability. In this method response rate and reliability is higher. In addition to this the data is collected through observation method and personal interview. The method is very simple to analyze the data Da(a A'al$%i% The data which was collected from the respondents through a structured #uestionnaire was organized processed and tabulated on a data sheet. Separate tables were furnished under specific headings. They were analyzed with the help of statistical analysis techni#ues in order to interpret the data and draw conclusions.
