Susanville Life to use, reuse and publish, in any manner at all, pictures containing me, my likeness or my property in whole or in part, modified or altered, either by themselves or in conjunction with other photographs, in any medium or form of distribution, and for any purposes whatsoever, including, without limitation, all promotional and advertising uses, non-commercial or commercial display, broadcast, exhibition of the final production, and other trade purposes, as well as using my name in connection therewith or without using my name. I acknowledge that since my participation in publications and websites produced by Susanvilles Best Pictures, American Improvement Services, and Susanville Life is voluntary, I will receive no financial compensation. I further agree that my participation in any publication and/or website produced by Susanvilles Best Pictures, American Improvement Services, or Susanville Life confers upon me no rights of ownership whatsoever. I release Susanvilles Best Pictures, American Improvement Services, Susanville Life and the submitter of said photograph(s), their contractors, employees, or clients from liability for any claims by me or any third party in connection with my participation. being the legal owner of, or having full legal rights to permit use of, and commercial use of photographs submitted, hereby grant Susanvilles Best Pictures, American Improvement Services, and Susanville Life, their legal representatives and successors, as well as persons and companies acting with permission from Susanvilles Best Pictures, American Improvement Services, or Susanville Life, the irrevocable right and permission, throughout the world, to use, reuse and publish, in any manner at all, said photographs, in whole or in part, modified or altered, either by themselves or in conjunction with other photographs, in any medium or form of distribution, and for any purposes whatsoever, including, without limitation, all promotional and advertising uses, non-commercial or commercial display, broadcast, exhibition of the final production, and other trade purposes, as well as using my name in connection therewith or without using my name. I waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product or copy and any use thereof and I agree that Susanvilles Best Pictures, American Improvement Services, and Susanville Life has the full right to dispose of any or all of them in any manner whatsoever. I hereby forever release and discharge Susanvilles Best Pictures, American Improvement Services, and Susanville Life and their respective representatives, licensees, successors and assigns, and its clients, from any and all claims, actions and demands arising out of or in connection with the use of said photographs, including, without limitation, any and all claims for invasion of privacy and libel. I acknowledge that this release document was signed by me willingly and I certify that I am not a minor, and I am free and able of giving such consent. If an undersigned is signing this form on behalf of, or as an agent or employee of company/organization, the undersigned warrants that he/she has full authorization to do so.
