Welcome! We extend a special welcome to our guests, visitors and all who join us in worship today. Please let us know of your presence or any prayer requests you have by filling out one of the cards in the pew rack and placing them in the offering plate. We hope that our church home becomes your church home and the spiritual place where you grow through the Word of God. Nursery care for children up to three years old is located on the main floor of the Welcome Center across from the library. Older children attending the church service are encouraged to borrow a Toddler Tote filled with activities as you enter the Sanctuary. Concerning the Sacrament of the Altar We believe that Jesus offers Himself to us in the Sacrament His true body and blood, for the forgiveness of sins. We also share the scriptural concern for those who participate in the Lords supper that they recognize what they are receiving (1 Corinthians 11:27). Therefore, we ask that all who desire to receive the Lords Supper please carefully examine themselves using the communion information card found in the pew rack. Communion is celebrated on the 1st and 3rd Sundays at both services. For those who desire, we offer gluten-free wafers (please give an indication to the Pastor or Elder) and non-alcoholic wine (located in the inner circle of the individual cup tray).

GENEROSITY TIP OF THE MONTH MARCH Practical suggestions to aid Disciples of Jesus in taking on the character of Jesus, especially the character attribute of generosity. When it comes to giving, frequently we feel a sense of obligation or duty. Think about the TV commercials we see that show impoverished children, abused animals, or wounded soldiers. As we watch them, inevitably we feel a certain tug, some in a small way, others much larger. And for only $19 a month, you can help make things better. And then, when we give, we feel as though we have done what we should. Such giving flows from the law and a sense of duty and results in compliance. This is not bad or wrong, but it does not produce generosity. It can be effective to a point, but it doesnt necessarily bring the joy and bear the abundant fruit of grateful hearts tha t have been touched by graceGods grace! When we instead see ourselves as children of God, forgiven and restored because of Jesus sacrifice and blessed with the inheritance of heaven itself because of His works, then our duty becomes gratitude, and our compliance becomes generosity. When we view ourselves as undeserving recipients of the fullness of Gods gifts, we then see ourselve s not just as stewards or check writers, but as joyful participants in Gods mission to extend the Community of Christ wherever we go! TIP OF THE MONTH: Focus on grace This month, as we focus on both our Lenten journey to the cross and our capital stewardship campaign, Rise Up and Build, reflect on the abundant gracethe undeserved kindnessGod has shown to you in Jesus. Consider his grace in both physical ways and spiritually. Listen and pay attention to the working of the Holy Spirit within your heart that seeks to respond, uninhibited, to the joy of the grace you have received. That is the gift and grace of generosity God is giving you! FUTURE TIPS: Lets Go Resale-ing! The Tipping Point Count Your Blessings! What can I do vs. What can I keep
