I can use and apply these lessons about good hospital pharmacy practice from her/him for my upcoming internship and future profession. Good pharmacy practice requires that a pharmacist's first concern in all settings is the welfare of patients. I can learn about medications and how management in hospitals encompasses the entire way in which medicines are selected procured deli!ered prescribed administered and re!iewed to optimise the contribution that medicines make to producing informed and desired outcomes. 2.) In hospital there are different people performing these roles. &ne of the positi!e aspects about hospital pharmacy is that there are other pharmacists with !arying degrees of e'perience to share knowledge. (ospital pharmacy is a great way to work in a multidisciplinary en!ironment and input into patient care. It is this strong knowledge base that has earned hospital pharmacists a place as !alued members of healthcare teams. Pharmacists are responsible for indi!idual wards and as a result de!elop strong producti!e relationships with other healthcare professionals on the ward.
