Lee Summit AIRSOFT Reborn, GENERAL RULES THIS IS A RELEASE OF LIABILITY PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE INITIALING AEG's (Automatic Electric Gun) and all other airsoft guns are not toys. If you are going to play airsoft, you should first have some education in handling a projectile firing device. Safety is paramount. Always treat an airsoft gun with respect, and always treat it as if loaded, even when you know it isn't. Don't allow an unsafe condition to exist. ie; ANYTIME an airsoft gun is pointed at a person not wearing protective eyewear, THIS IS AN UNSAFE CONDITION & BREAKING A RULE. This is the difference between "neglect" and an "accident". Know the difference and don't let it happen on our field! Also bear in mind the realistic appearance of all types of airsoft guns. Airsoft guns and activity should never be in a "public" environment. Transport, and handle them in a way that respects every situation, and any person that may come into exposure to you. This responsibility is yours, not the people entering

the environment you create with airsoft guns. This is an adult recreation; conduct yourself as such anytime you are engaging in any kind of airsoft activity. Please read carefully and initial that you understand it. NO LITTERING IN THE FIELDS!!! (This includes cigarettes; do not smoke) X_______ EYEWEAR IS TO REMAIN ON AT ALL TIMES WHILE YOU ARE ON THE FIELDS. X_______ PROPER EYEWEAR: Proper eyewear is eyewear that seals to your face. Players 17 and under are highly recommended to use face protection. Facemasks or balaclavas are recommended for all players. Be aware that a close range hit from an AEG can leave welts, abrasions, light scarring on your face, and on occasion, have been known to chip teeth. If you choose not to wear full face/head protection, then you, and you alone are responsible for the risk of injury. If you play airsoft, it is not reasonable to assume you won't get shot in the head/neck area. Eyewear must be of a wrap around style, that seals to the face so as not to allow a BB to "sneak" in from the side, and must be able to withstand a point blank hit from an upgraded toys. If you are not sure about the reliability of your eyewear, then present it for testing by a LASR officer before playing on the field. X________ CUSTOM EYEWEAR: If you make your own custom eyewear, it must be cleared, and tested by a LASR officer before being allowed onto the field. X________ EYEWEAR MUST REMAIN ON AT ALL TIMES WHILE ON THE FIELD!!! You must resolve any fogging or visibility issues before going onto the field. If you remove your eyewear on the field, you are subject to ejected immediately from the game. X________ LASR Open play rules 1: When in the field keep your eye protection on at all times! This is not a suggestion. This is a rule that we enforce. If you are fogging up, then throw your dead rag on your head and go to admin to clear them. Players should and are encouraged to warn other participants who are in violation of this rule. 2: Call your Hits. A hit is defined as a strike to any part of the body or gear worn by participating player regardless of friend or foe. If you have any doubt about whether the hit was valid then be safe and call yourself out. If you engage another player at the same moment he shoots you then it is a Parley, both parties are out. Likewise do not call hits on other people, if you suspect that they are failing to call their hits then bring it to the attention of a Mythic Airsoft admin and they will handle the situation. When you are hit shout Hit! loud enough to be heard and pull your Dead Rag / light. Dead rags and Lights are red and designate t hat the player is out. At no time is a player allowed to "fake" being dead. Also, players are not allowed to verbally lie as to which team they are on. For example; if a player asks you "blue team, or red team!" You may not say "red team" if you are blue. However, you don't have to answer at all. Be aware, if you don't answer, you are going to be shot at. 3:Anything under 5ft is a safety kill. Safety kills are not optional they are a safety precaution and not open to discussion. Safety kills exceeding 5ft must be executed dead to right . Parley rules apply with safety kills. 4: Grenades: If a grenade enters a room and blows up, there is a 10 foot kill radius. Diving on a grenade IS allowed. Throwing it back IS allowed. If a simulated explosive projects bbs and you are out of the kill radius and hit by a bb directly or by ricochete, it still counts as a hit. Sound type grenades must be of the pineapple style shell to count as killing grenades. Sound / flash style shells are merely distraction device. ( Nerf rockets count as 10ft kill radius fr om point of impact. Explosive ordinance only affects you if you arent behind "hard cover". A wall, plywood, and anything solid basically is considered hard cove, if any part of your body was exposed to the grenade then you are dead. ) 5: Smoke: is allowed on an approval basis (check with Josh or Branden or Steven). If you cannot breathe in the smoke either, call yourself out or get out of it. Smoke in airsoft is designed to use for cover or flush people out. Think safely, do not be stupid breathing it and remember you signed a waiver. Pyrotechnics of any sort must be pre authorized by josh, Branden or Steven 7: Respect the field. Do not kick bunkers Do not move obstacles or furniture, remove objects placed by Admins

8: Blind Man: If you are or another player are injured you must immediately call Blind Man and radio for the Admin staff. Do not move injured players or render assistance unless you are a trained medical practitioner or a first responder / emergency responder. 9: Conduct: Airsoft is a game of honor and teamwork, when playing please remember that these games are held for the enjoyment of all attending. Physical contact between opposing players in not allowed. No "hand to hand", wrestling, or tackling, not even in jest. The only exception is "tapping" a player out in a medic scenario. Dead men do not talk! Once you are hit, remove the magazine from your gun (with the exception of medic, and respawn variations), hold your gun and hands up so as to adopt a neutral body language. Do not shoot at dead players. Quietly and directly exit the field, without interfering with ongoing combat, or if game variation allows, head for your re-spawn point. In a medic game variation, you may call for a medic, but no other information is allowed. You may not inform a medic if it is "safe" for them to come to you. 10: Sign In: every player is required to have signed a waiver, Failure to do so may result in the player being asked to leave. Any and all rules / guidelines not covered under this article are subject to approval of Mythic Airsoft administrators and ultimately the Mythic Airsoft management for approval. If you are in doubt or have questions about rules then please direct them to the Admins. All rules are subject to change and if changed will be reviewed by Mythic Airsoft management for consideration. Thank you for following the rules everyone.
